Öd’ und leer das Meer.
Why did you throw the Jack of Hearts away? It was the only card in the deck that I had left to play And I'll say it again, I need a brand new friend. The End
If of thy mortal goods thou bereft, and from thy slender store Two loaves alone to thee are left, Sell one and with the dole, Buy Hyacinths to feed thy soul.
These are my favorite flowers but they do not evoke poetry or literature for me as they do for you apparently, rather, I like them so much because they are the perfect little cartoon flower.
Dr Fred's favorite composer is Beethoven. One night we all went home to Fred's house after a night of dinner and a lot of drinking.
Fred has a baton. He put on the Fifth and at the crescendo in undisciplined joy and abandoned inhibition and ebullient energetic conducting holding the baton as a sword charged at the gladiolas and sliced through the spray, but they didn't all go down in one slice, the baton was a poor sword so Fred took several more fierce slices as if by then quite mad until the gladiolas were destroyed shredded stems.
We roared our approval but his wife was mad as a hornet. It was her flower-related thoughtfulness that ensured there were always fresh gladiolas and it just flat pissed her right properly off to see Fred childishly destroy them. Which made it twice as glorious.
They'll get in a room, they'll sit around and talk, and they'll say this is the way I feel about it, how do you feel, and then they'll let the women justices talk probably...

Spring manure spreading video

PS Should we anticipate another Chip animation?
Hyacinths do not grow in South Carolina. A notable deficiency.
The azalea are pretty cool, but showy.
Any Hyacinth Bucket (oh no, Bouquet) fans here? :)
I think the flower has a lovely fragrance but how it looks is another matter (like a cartoon, may be).
