If sisterhood were powerful, sister, you might have pointed out that comment to me and asked me if I would delete it, and maybe waited to see if I would take it down — or if I would not, why I would not — before writing a blog post in the Chronicle of Higher Education insulting me for things people have written in my comments that you don't even know whether I've read, which, in fact, I had not.
But I take down things like that when I find out about them, and now that I've taken it down, it can only be read in your blog post.

The sex is consensual precisely because you have gotten consent through the device of listening to her (whoever's - 'twere invidious to particularize) jabber while providing the appearance of attention and agreement ("Yes, dear" or "Mmmhmm" or the like) to win her confidence and esteem.
It may be under false pretenses, and to achieve the ultimate payoff afterward by disclosing your disagreement/disregard (the veritas) for her ideas may be thought of as cheating, fraud or even theft; but violence, preposterous. To deem it so lessens one, in my opinion.
Note that no woman need ever agree with a man to receive his affections, and if a woman told me she favored capitalism, say, in order to bed me, then told me she really preferred communism, I suppose that I would be confused and/or amused by the absurdity, would would see no real reason for offense. (That said, for an LTR some measure of agreement between parties is probably best.)
