"Now 58, she’s posing for us — and telling the naked truth about her motives."
"Us" = More, which is a magazine. So is Us, but this is More. If you want Less, maybe that's also a magazine. Or should be.

I'm getting sick of women showing off their bodies. Not nakedness, mind you (!) but looking for attention because of it. And that whole Daily Mail leering thing is tiresome. What are any of them - the women or the paper - actually trying to accomplish in/for society by going there?
Plus, why must PD get naked - and then explain her "motives" - if the dumb bitch had something to say, why can't it stand on it's own merits?
Because the dumb bitch has nothing to say that CAN stand on it's own, probably.
Hard work pays off. This is true in all areas, but when it comes to physical fitness, the effort is very visible. If you systematically lift weights, you will get bigger and stronger. If you run, you will become lean and fast.
I'm just plain sick of Boomer white women.
Won't have kids. Want to murder the fetus if they get married. Carry on endlessly about their stupid bullshit.
I played with a band last week, and I could tell one of the guys were just struggling to stand up and walk. He was clearly emotionally crushed.
I asked him what was bothering him.
"I've been married for 28 years. My wife just announced that she's tired of being married."
White Boomer women are sick cows. Who cares what they look like nude? On the inside, they are morally bankrupt bitches.
Typical of the ME generation. The polar opposite of believing in the strength of individuals answering to a higher calling such as the celebration of service and sacrifice on Memorial Day.
Davis, in her own way, is celebrating her redemption by displaying the body she abused which is now transformed. Let us hope she takes the next step from purity to reflection on her inner beauty.

That's either too much or not enough information. There are 2 sides to the story. Support your friend, but don't expect outsiders to assume he played no role in making her tired of whatever it is they are doing in their marriage.
There's a reason why I associate on an intimate level only with Filipinas.
I don't have any plans to change that, either.
Yeah, you hate white women, we get that. But thanks for sharing.

They earned it.
I'm exempting the good old girls I know out in the Midwest and South. You can even find good old girls in New York State.
The white trash feminists in the liberal cities and college towns...
You go your way and I'll go mine.
Let us hope she takes the next step from purity to reflection on her inner beauty.
I hear her doing just that.
Again, Crack offers a perfect counterbalance. Shouting Thomas, too, like who does this boomer-bitch think she is!
It is easy to let yourself go to seed and become dumpy. I think Ms. Davis is setting a good example.
She does set herself up for criticism on two fronts. People with similar good habits will say, "What's the big deal here? She takes care of herself like any responsible person does." Then there are people who are letting themselves go. Any good example is a rebuke to their excuse making.
So how much did they pay her? Was she broke and in need of some cash? Or not getting enough attention? Why would she think (or More magazine think) that we wanted to see Patti's bare ass?
Agree with Crack, and Ann on the idea it takes two to make a fight.
Ms Davis was always in the shadow of her more vivacious sister Maureen and brother Michael.
Like brother Ron, she thinks this sort of thing will put her out front.
From the article:
First Daughter (although my father was out of office by then), that I’d get criticized for doing Playboy, but I didn’t care. I wasn’t doing this to spite my parents; I was doing it for me.
I don't believe her. Of course she'd say that. She's like Jane Fonda saying that all her rebelliousness had nothing to do with her father or father's generation.
Heh. I'm old enough to remember when women who posed nude in magazines actually looked like adult women. Back before the Hideous Pedophilic Bald Eagle reigned triumphant.

People who like to look at themselves in the mirror tend to gravitate towards gymns. She looks good and there's always a point to being in shape, but it seems overdone to put that much effort into it....There's a leisure class subtext to this. Only people of sufficient means and leisure can go to the gymn every day and work out. The grind of making a living does not lead to a perfect body.
misogynist racism...is this a first here? Do we need a new tag?
I think Patti and Ron Jnr. disprove the theory of Evolution.

It's always interesting to me how women complain about men not listening to them and just looking at their tits. Then comes Patti Davis with a 5 page long interview that's only attraction is she wants to show off her naked body. If not for her naked body, would anybody here, male or female, care what Patty Davis has to say? So yeah, you women looked for the same reason us men did.
@Shouting
Jesus Christ, but you're a one note boring old fart. Shut up already. Your whine only works if someone actually wants you. Go off and see if you can find another desperate Filipina already and leave everyone else in blessed peace the cessation of your bitter male boomer whining will bring.

Actually ST can hit several notes and does so quite well.
I had a Playboy sub when the Patti Davis issue came out. I was not impressed.
I'm not sure when exactly the anorexic/no rack look became fashionable (I blame Sex and the City), but a little part of me died that day.
wv: wristi - what a healthy boy does to a proper pictorial, like Anna Nicole's PMOY spread.
