Perhaps Pi should be redefined to 3.19 for the day.
I've always proposed allowing the use of food stamps and welfare checks to buy lottery tickets.
It hands half the payments back to the government, saving half the entitlement costs right off the top.
That's not even counting the income tax contribution of another 39% of the remainder.
If only they had won one million dollars!

I recommend out of the money calls and futures, where at least you get a fair shot for the odds, if you want the excitement.

My favorite minor award offered in the Ohio lottery is two free lottery tickets.
