"I checked with my Lord and Savior - Satan - and he told me that he doesn't want Matt to win."

Ha ha.

Funny.

That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Matt is a really nice guy, but he sure doesn't have a CLUE about how to play the strategic part of the game! Why on earth did he decide to tell Rob about his plans? He was just asking to get voted out again!

I do have to say, though: I love Phillip. I just can't help myself. Next week's episode looks sure to have another amazing Phillip moment: he finds a feather (a sign from above) and wears it around camp? Too awesome for words. And, remember: "Hell hath no fury like a lion...and a gorilla...when he thinks he's been provoked."

He did let it slip (at Tribal Council) that he didn't like having to interact with the other players. Redemption Island worked out well for him. He might as well go back there and do what he's good at.

There was some discussion of Jesus's 40 days in the desert. "Survivor" is a 39 day thing. So...

Matt, keep your integrity. You aren't going to win, so at least you won't go home betraying your values AND losing.

And know that if you're truly on the path that God wants for you, you WILL be tested and sufffer alot. Thats the way of it.

Back to redemption island for you. And good luck.

I thought for a second that was a Karl Rove quote saying that he doesn't want Mitt to win.

Even after Rob and the gang voted him out again, the very first chance they had, Matt still was saying during the end credits that he wanted their tribe to like him.

With "friends" like this....

This is not funny.

I agree. Really, his only chance at getting near the finish line is to keep winning the Redemption Island challenges. He is too likeable for the others to risk keeping him around camp, because--as we've seen over and over in the recent seasons--likeability in the final three is an almost sure thing for the win.

I originally thought that Matt could be this season's Fabio. Unfortunately, Matt is too dumb to be Fabio.

I think Matt already has the inside track on the fan favorite prize (100k?), out of pity.

And if he ends up before the jury, he'll have a good shot at the whole ball of wax.

Is there any way this pre-med student is smart enough to get into med school?

I like him but find him clueless.

Survivor may be fun, but 2 hours later Justified ran this year's best hour of television.
