Didn't make it to 3 minutes because it wasn't funny. Which is weird, because I usually find him hilarious. I'm not even sure I understand what was happening here (or why this was made) but, whatever it was, it didn't make me laugh once.

I find him hilarious.
Gervais seems like a wonderful man that knows audiences. He would have been a fine trial lawyer.
Ricky has definitely been studying my kids when it comes to arguing for Happy Meals.
Gervais basically only has one 'character', and that's Gervais.
And that's fine by me.
Half the fun of that was the interviewer's unbridled laughter.
He reminded me of a little kid playing with his jack-in-the box...winding it up and watching it pop.
I generally enjoy his humor but I wonder if he was aware of his contradictory statement (i.e. "picking on the defenseless" etc.)
Gervais is hilarious although he didn't impress me w/ the improv in this clip. The interviewer/photographer was a huge such-up.

Gervais is a little fuck and what's funny is that he knows it and loves it. He's hilarious as Louis C.K.'s doctor on Louis.
Louis C.K.:
Probably one of the least acknowledged comics working.
Him and Patrice O'Neal.
I love Louie C.K., but he makes me want to punch him in the face. Well, just because. :D
Gervais is comedy light. I mean aside from the recent weight loss he's just too bloody nice to have any bite.
I thought that "getting into character" would take longer than this. Maybe it really is, in Olivier's phrase, "just acting."
What happened to the Actors' Studio guy. He wasn't sycophantic enough?
I didn't get that far into this one either, but it did lead me to Ricky Gervais with Elmo clips and those are always hysterical.
Everytime I refresh your website, I have to listen to the ad that goes with this interview. Very annoying...
You've really got to check out Patrice O'Neal:
He makes Ricky Gervais cringe,...
