I concur. But what has this to do with today's theme? Oh yeah, the Lady Justice statue is a Dike with a great Thorax.

No one mentioned that brevity was a virtue when each and every word of an opinion had to be typed and retyped. Word processors invite bloat. Excess verbiage muddles the reasoning.

Aren't we stuck with the quest for "diversity" by reason of a concurring opinion of Justice Powell?
