The cautionary tale for me was Kanye West's mother, who died the day after she had breast reduction, a tummy tuck and liposuction. In her case, though she had coronary artery disease, including blockages of 50 percent to 70 percent in two arteries. Elective surgery does not make sense for someone in that bad shape.
The lady died a dignified death and I have nothing but respect from her. Let her rest in peace. I know she is in the warm embrace of the father almighty.

Better to be dead than have a but full of lead.
Thank you.

Clyde Bruckman: Look, forget I mentioned it. It's none of my business.
X-Files Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose
This quote popped into my head when I read the post.
The tragedy of the story lies in the words, "slightly firmer".
Bissage, first and best.
The ends justified the means.
You're either on the butt or off the butt.

Her reasoning was fundamentally sound. Many have died for dumber reasons and have statues in the park commemorating their stupdity.

Interesting to compare to athletes who die from steroid use.
And in an unrelated story, Tiger Woods almost lost his life to have a much less firm butt.
