"The 59-year-old woman, known only as Alice, had the worrying experience after she and her husband Scott had sex last August. She suddenly, albeit temporarily, lost all memory of the last several years and the ability to form new memories."
This is "transient global amnesia," which "can be triggered by strenuous activities, bowel movements, or – commonly – sex." Sounds awful. If you're going to get it, at least get the sex kind.

Can't decide if this is good or bad. Probably depends on the circumstances. I am sure that a lot of people have had sexual experiences that they wish that they could forget. But hopefully, not with one's spouse.
Now if this were consistent, it would be far better, and more legal, than using Roofies.

Disgree. Why would you want to forget really good sex? OTOH, I've flushed and forgotten most of my bowel movements.
Paging Titus.
Chickenlittle beat me to it..I eagerly await Titus' analysis
Gives new meaning to the term "fucked her brains out" doesn't it...
So she forgets what lead to the amnesia. Thus, we have only the man's word that the sex was that satisfying for the woman? I'm suspicious.
Go ask Alice, when she's ten feet tall.
I think this condition is called flychmia.
bowel movements, or – commonly – sex.
Personally, I prefer to never see those 2 items that close together in the same conversation.

In other news, the doctors had to treat the woman's husband for an incredibly swollen head after he was told the reason for his wife's amnesia attack.
BM too? I hope it does not include forgetting to wipe.
I'd say he blew more than her mind.
Hope she returned the favor.
She had PTSD
Post-Traumatic Sex Disorder!
Hey the Major can use this since he killed all these folks after his visit to the sex clubs.
I'm sure we'll learn all about this condition on an upcoming episode of Grey's Anatomy, or more likely Private Practice.

You just have to learn to wipe in the right direction.
Cheers,
Victoria
I have chemobrain--memory loss caused by chemotherapy.
I would have rather had the great sex amnesia.
*sigh*
