I have this song that I wrote which is called All About the Love Again… And it says:
What if someone made a soda that caused everyone to love each other.
Ummm, oh yeah, sounds good, so good to me
And if just a tiny pill would make us see that we're all truly sisters and brothers
Ummm, oh yeah that sounds so nice to me
POPSCI: Is there anything you would ask president Obama to make a priority?
WONDER: You know, obviously there are so many things going on in the world and so many people coming at him about everything, because they think that it can all happen just like that.
So I'm just taking a low profile…And at the right time, I will give him the information that I have to share and introduce him to the people who reaching out to make a better condition for those who are physically challenged--whether they are blind, deaf or paraplegic or quadriplegic or whatever that might be.

"I love you Barack Obama!" exclaims Stevie Wonder...
... in the middle of a cool medley on "American Idol." He also exclaims: "I love you 'American Idol!'" What song was that? Need to Google some words. Something about taking a pill that would make us sisters and brothers? I find this Popular Science "Geek Musician" interview:

Que ZPS, DTL, Alphaliberal, Beth, Michael, & Titus to barrage you with homophobic epithets in 3... 2... 1...
Stevie Wonder is a musical genius, motherfucker!
Sounds like he's talking about dosing people with ecstasy.
MDMA's experiential effects are more consistent than those produced by most psychedelics, and its euphoria appears to be distinct from most stimulants. It is also considered unusual for its tendency to produce a sense of intimacy with others and diminished feelings of fear and anxiety.
Recently, it seems like Love is all around for Althouse.
Maguro - thanks for that link - that was funny. Eddie used to be funny. "Want to impress me? Take the wheel, motherfucker!"
A comedic genius. Then something happened.
It's gotten to the point that expressing a like of Barack Obama shows a considerable lack of taste.
That performance by Stevie Wonder was pathetic, and the political ejaculation made it more so. It's sad when the actual celebrities they bring on give performances that if honestly judged by the AI judges would be deemed not in the same league with the AI contestants. Smokey and that young chick weren't so hot either. They didn't sound or look good. Don't the people who put these things on realize there's something maybe a little creepy about having a 70 year old dude sing a starry-eyed love duet with a 20- or 30-something hottie? Weren't there any good female singers available in the 50s or 60s age range?
Wow, how pathetic and embarrassing.
Here, cheer yourself up with this absolutely amazing performance from Lil Stevie.
Palladian,
Now THAT performance WAS amazing. Can you tell me how to get, how to get to Sesame Street? Some of those kids in the clip were having a ball. Apparently I didn't watch that show nearly enough when I was a kid.
Some of these old guys should have quit while they were ahead.
good news :)
EDH--
You know, until about last week, I didn't know that was a real song.
I still think this is the definitive version...
Stevie Wonder is a musical genius, motherfucker!
Yeah, but can he drive?
Do you think anyone told Stevie that Obama is black?
It is really sad when you see a person with real talent try to recapture his mojo and failing miserably. Stevie Wonder should rest on his laurels and leave the singing to his grandchildren.
He reminded me of Willie Mays playing for the Mets. Sad. So sad.
Stevie Wonder is an ASS!! The only reason he "loves" Obama is because he over heard someone with mellon breath saying, Him's owa manz".
Now Stevie has a new hero.
Little does he realize from what we read and hear, his outburst turned off 3/4 of the viewers.
And for the few retards who have a limited vocabulary which contains "M F", in case nobody told you, "YOU ARE BLACK TOO!" LOL LOL LOL
ugh, Stevie's performance was below par, and throwing in that "I love you...." just turned me off. I'm not against or for Obama, but jeesh, it's too clear it's all about the color. As for Smokey and Josh, she is a good singer, but that song sucked.
