I find MySpace to be a tremendously crappy site, but two of my kids have accounts as do many of their friends. From what browsing I've done, it appears that most are in obvious violation of the terms of use agreement, sometimes quite wildly so.
This raises the question that if MySpace doesn't enforce the terms of service for most users, do they cease to be actionable beyond terminating a user's account?

So, Ann, that CLEARLY means that Drew is TOTALLY INNOCENT of wrongdoing. After all, the jury said so!
Halojones - that's not the point. God will judge Lori Drew.
