Dunn is toast.I loved this part: Ms. Dunn also said she never received a “formal legal opinion about the investigation.” She said that in the draft and final reports prepared by Mr. Hunsaker in 2006, he made it clear that all methods employed were legal and proper.
Piro may certainly lose, but seems in less legal jepordy and with much more public sympathy.
This actually made me think of your comment the other day: "How people dress, the expressions on their face, the stance they adopt when they are in a particular situation -- all these things have meaning, and I intend to write about it." Today Patricia Dunn's hair looked different than the photo you link to. It might even have been a wig, as I've read that she's fought cancer in the past few years. Still when she was testifying, she looked really attractive. She's quite confident. It just made me think that here's someone who even under the most stressful--maybe even physically painful--circumstances would never let her shins show, so to speak. She's in total command, which is probably another reason why leaks would particularly irk her.
Anyway, for me, this really did illustrate your point about appearances.

They both are women.
I never heard of them. Does that make four?
Does it have anything to do with pants?

Irene: I'm glad it made you think of that. I'm making a point of delivering on my promise.
I borrowed your idea.
They've never been in my kitchen...
