"We are women, we are the children of this land, but we have no rights."

With the presidential election days away, women in Iran demonstrate against sex discrimination.

That's a dangerous line they are walking. Many, many protestors have simply gone missing, never to be seen again. I look for the first mini-skirt in Iran in about the year 2150. One does wonder what they really intend to do with the nuclear missles once they have them. Progress is slow over in that neck of the woods. I hear tell in the recent Saudi elections, though women were not allowed to vote, they were for the first time allowed to discuss the elections at home. Before long we will be seeing some exposed cheekbones and ankles over there.
