The police rendered no aid to Henry Nowak, because they were completely disinterested in his explanation of events. Meanwhile, they continued to talk to the killer who was in possession of a knife longer than 3 inches. One can’t say the knife is banned, because the UK provides a race based exemption to carrying such weapons, and therefore complaining about the knife in public is racist.

That said, I would not like to see them imprisoned for life......Their screw up was far more egregious than anything done by the ICE officers in Minneapolis or by Chauvin.......If anything good comes out of this, I hope it's that they reconsider Chauvin's punishment. His punishment was as grossly unfair as OJ's acquittal......What does it take to get liberals to admit that liberal prejudices are still prejudices?

It should be clear to everyone by now that the Left does not care about how they look, if they get caught, or what's legal, fair, or moral. They have made a calculation (not an unreasoned one) that people knowing what they are up to, no matter how bad, is worth it to win and hold power. It's just easier that way. Why restrict yourself with all that. Hypocrisy, and the tolerance of it is a powerful protectant and lubricant for your machinery.

@Original Mike, the mother was convicted as well. The brother and father were not charged. I suppose they could have been included as accessories after the fact if there was sufficient evidence but neither was present during the attack nor did anything like hiding the knife. The brother did talk to the police but he merely repeated what he had been told by the murderer.
I read it took an hour before he was gone and an er was just 5 minutes away. He might have survived.

In all this, we should remember that the Sikhs are a model minority. Not as much in UK as here: American Sikhs quickly get into the upper middle class if they weren't there already in the old country (the non-english-speaking truckers are the exception that prove the rule). But Sikh Brits tend to at least get into the white van working class. And a lot of them go secular. The vast majority of observant Sikh men in both countries carry only a small symbolic kirpan (dagger), if they even do that. Nowak's killer has a lot of problems, which are unfortunately enabled by the selective knife laws. But if he was an Italian Jehovah Witness, he would probably end up killing someone.

There are several things that made this senseless murder so outrageous.
First, if you're an average Brit you can't even carry a screwdriver or a butterknife for personal protection. But the killer got to carry around a huge knife because its part of his Religion. Which is absurd.
Secondly, the police had zero reason to handcuff the suspect. He was completely weak, on the ground, and softly saying he'd been stabbed. This moving him around to handcuff him, might have caused the internal bleeding that killed him.
Thirdly, the UK police had zero reason to not check Nowak for stab wounds and see if he was in fact bleeding. If they'd done so, the ambulance couldn've been there in two minutes.
The behavior by the killer and his family is typical of Closely knit Immigrant families. They hide the knife, lied to the police, and frankly didn't give a damn that an "Outsider" had been killed.
And the behavior by the UK police to automatically believe all POC's and Jews when they cry "hate crime" is so well documented that its resulted in a 2-tier legal system. The speed at which the UK surpassed the USA in racial discrimination against whites is astounding.
Starmer is taking a lot of heat, but the Tories were no different when they were in power. The UK elite hatred and contempt for their white "subjects" is truly remarkable. I have doubt if there is a UK "J6" the british pols would will simply mow them down with machine guns.

So it's the "no true Scotsman" fallacy applied to this sick sikh, so let's not get carried away with all this remigration stuff, says the English establishment. The real point is not that this turban'd fella stabbed an innocent kid although most sikhs don't go around doing that (as far as we have been told); it's that he; 1) thought he could get away with it by hollering "race," and if he hadn't killed his victim, he probably would have because, 2) the mostly white constabulary has been propagandized and brow beaten into believing that the antiracist claptrap is true and 3), whites have become the target of governmental authoritarianism under the current rules of engagement.
The "he would have died anyway," excuse of the police brings to mind an anecdote out of the Fulton County Superior Court (Atlanta) a number of years ago. It was the sentencing hearing of an urban youth who had been convicted of felony murder for killing an elderly woman who happened to be too close to a drive-by shooting. The defense put up as a character witness the youth's pastor, who argued in mitigation of the sentence, "She be old, your honor. She be dying soon."
Next Question Time, Nigel Farage should ask Starmer to kneel in contrition to the memory of Henry Nowak, a young man whose death his government bears some culpability for, like he did for the death of the career criminal, George Floyd, whose death had nothing to do with the British Labour Party and everything to do with his own fatal drug habit. Starmer will pointedly refuse that request, thereby illustrating his compete and total hypocrisy and moral depravity.
Britain is over. White Britains should be treated as valued refugees here.
