"It remained unclear how soon any concrete steps to end the conflict might be taken, however."

Key line in "Israel Says It Will Work With Trump Gaza Plan; Hamas Says It Will Release Hostages/Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel was ready to work with the White House to end the war, but questions remain about Hamas’s future in Gaza and whether it will agree to disarm" (NYT).

Trump delivered an ultimatum. The response was we don't want it to be an ultimatum.

Unconditional surrender has been shown to create a more long-lasting peace.

Abort the Hamasidols before they abort Israelis and human shields in Gaza. And Fatah, too.

Or relocate them to China where they can join their brothers and sisters in captivity, but with labor, environmental, and human arbitrage that sustains the welfare, Green, and abortion industrial complexes.

Follow Japan and Germany examples - uncoditional surrender only.

There is no "Hama's future in Gaza." There can be no future for Hamas, period. They will never surrender, but even if they were to disappear from the scene, the problem of a society engulfed in a death cult through decades of indoctrination will remain.

Another hudna.
Trump and Israel must demand more.

The Death Cult Hamas cannot be trusted.
Just like Leftists. They live for hatred, and hatred alone.

Hamas will not release the hostages.

The truth about Israel v the Death Cult can be found in this story. 3 min.

Good news. Eventually, though, there will be incidents, and the fighting will flare up again.

Hinder constructive political action and remove rational political actors from the scene until only the fanatics are left and you'll have a "death cult."

This is not the time to go wobbly, America.

But Trump's a faker and doesn't follow through, says Holman Jenkins at the Journal.

"The question is and always has been: Is Mr. Trump fundamentally unserious all the time or just some of the time?"

If I was Hamas I'd go to the negotiations and do a suicide bomb and take out some Israeli officials. Turn about is fair play.

Besides Isreal brags about regarding agreements as "scraps of paper" and will on abide by it as long as it gives them an advantage. They lie shamlessly.

And yet, we love them.

Israel has stopped the food flotilla and supposedly (who knows if its true) beat up Greta and forced her to kiss the Israeli flag. No other country in the world can get away this crap. I did see IDF soldiers armed to the teeth waving around rifles and acting like tough guys. Pretty easy to do when the Floatilla is a bunch of unarmed civilians most of them over 60.

Thank God the world was watching or Isreal might have murdered them all and said it was "an accident".

no supplies on the flotilla, except hot air, the Labour faction in the Knesset, provides enough of that, why does Hamas yell Khaybar, because liquidating the Jews in Arabia, is their default means,

when you know about the foundation of islam, things become clearer,

of course, Hamas is just a corner office of the Brotherhood like their North African branches AQIM, AQAP in Arabia, and other such outfits, but yes the hudna is their key technique,
