"I’m letting go of the body that was sexualized, that was abused, that I believed was necessary for me to be attractive; to be loved; to be successful; to be happy.... Today I am loved, I am feminine, I am attractive, and I am successful. None of that is because of my implants. I will still be all of those things when I wake up and they are gone. There is so much and joy in that knowledge and freedom in letting go of what was never me in the first place. Today, I’m my authentic self. Today, I’m free."
Said Alyssa Milano, quoted in "Alyssa Milano removes her breast implants: 'Letting go of the body that was sexualized and abused'"(NY Post).

I have long considered Alyssa Milano a poster child for the horrible damage that Hollywood does to children. She was a lovely child actress, almost certainly betrayed and sexually abused by adults; the result being years of hatred, of herself, and of the world at large. Her words and actions have been the spoiled fruit of her abuse as a young girl. Her implants are a symptom of what she had learned was her only value: as a sexual object.
I hope she recovers physically, emotionally, and most especially, spiritually from the poison she has ingested during her life.
Ever the grandstander. (Pssst...No one gives a shit, Aly.)
Easier than penis reconstruction, and I'm assuming Milano didn't have the implant surgery done while she was still a child.
Speaking of "false narratives," how can anyone who supports Milano's decision now endorse sexual reassignment surgery for children?
Equal in rights and complementary in Nature. No augmentation, apologies required.
I prefer Pepperidge Farm Milano cookies. They are not authentic Italian desserts I suppose, but still tasty and loved.
I remember when Alyssa was an apparently sane child actor. Pepperidge Farm remembers too.
Sadly, too much cosmetic surgery on her face as well.
Puberty can be a sanctuary state for confusion and dissatisfaction to progress. Wait and see, maybe, baby.
Hollywood rots the brain. Kimmil town
Alyssa Milano uses her beauty and sex to get rich.
She feels bad about it. Not because she was a whore but because people understand she is a dumb person who slept with producers to get jobs and nobody listens to her.
Now she removes her implants because the skin is sagging and she pretends she had any sort of useful talent outside of her body.
This pattern is so boring at this point.
For a minute I thought it was the Kardashian.
Can't she donate them to a trans woman who wants top surgery? 🤷🏼♂️
Alyssa is 52 years old. I suspect this has as much to do with menopause as anything else. She's likely not interested in sex anymore, and this removal may reduce male attention. Female sex hormones fall off a cliff at menopause, and some women become relative loners.
She made good money with those implants. They deserve to be bronzed at minimum
Thanks for sharing, Alyssa.
I never know if it's two y's, two l's, or two s's. (esses?)
Who?
Ah, geez. Don't know anything about her history, but if she's from Hollywood, then I suspect the same need for attention that drives her to tell us 'all about her implant removal' is the same need that caused her to get implants in the first place.
Jesus wept
Can't she donate them to a trans woman who wants top surgery?
Better yet, put them en eBay and use the proceeds to feed the homeless.
I never found her beautiful from the inside. That may have happened to her more so than how she might have turned out otherwise, but what she did externally just never mattered.
Hum. She worked in an industry that prioritizes female sexual attractiveness and maximized her career with artificial enhancements. She's giving some of it up now that everyone knows she is too old to be a sex idol. And insists on self-righteously pontificating on it.
Real profile in courage.
Now maybe Caitlyn Jenner will give up hers.
Now maybe Caitlyn Jenner will give up hers.
You might want to peak at her Public Speaker Contracts and how they... handled such matters.
Yet another woman who conformed to the female inclusion conformity. Starts in middle school and most women never escape the need to be like the women around them.
Social media just made it a 24/7 problem for women. Boys and men often find value in non-conformity once they realize that trying to fit in at school is a fools errand.

""The intoxication of rouge," earnestly explained Dorothy Speare in Dancers in the Dark, "is an insidious vintage known to more girls than mere man can ever believe." Useless for frantic parents to insist that no lady did such things; the answer was that the daughters of ladies were doing it, and even retouching their masterpieces in public. Some of them, furthermore, were abandoning their corsets. "The men won't dance with you if you wear a corset," they were quoted as saying."

But it is true that Alyssa Milano had a business case for implants given her career based on visual appeal
Who?
"She was a lovely child actress, almost certainly betrayed and sexually abused by adults"
Oh, Bull. Her Mother was with her the whole way. It was Milano and her Mother in the early days of the internet who tried in vain to stop online publication of her nude photos.
Not stated: "i'm getting old and these are heavy"
'.
I know who she is and recognize her whenever I see her but I think the only movie I ever watched that she was in was "Commando" as the kidnapped daughter. I also remember her in an episode of a reboot of "The Outer Limits" from sometime in the early 1990s or so. I always thought she was very beautiful and looking at recent photos she still is.
It’s a marketing ploy, change the rack and rebrand.
yes she was possessed by an alien, well that was the story anyways,
Her statement sounds like a team of therapists, psychologists, pharmacists…
Will she also remove all the "improvements" made to her face?
