Well, it is Michael Wolff after all. Combine that with the Daily Beast and you know it's fiction from start to finish.

Mike (MJB Wolf) said...

Shocked to see none, which I mean as a contraction of "not one," of the big headlines are about the FBI finding proof the CCP sent tens of thousands of fake IDs to "midwestern battleground states" in May of 2020*. China harvested actual ID data from US-based Tik-Tok users and used that to create ultra-realistic state IDs that Chinese "students" could use to impersonate Americans and vote during the Pandemic Election Shenanigans.

Remember when I kept warning you Tik-Tok truthers and y'all would say "I'm just a dude/chick in WI why would China care about my data?"

There's your answer. It's valuable whether you know it or not. In fact it's more valuable when you DON'T know its value and just keep on keeping on.

*Isn't it awesome how by early 2020 the Chinese somehow knew the ID and ballot rules would be loosened for the Fall election? Yeah that's just OUTSTANDING!

Peachy said...

Here's a headline you won't see on top of the corrupt American demo-xi-creep media.

"The fastest growing religions in Iran are Zoroastrianism and Christianity.

Islam is rapidly declining, with mosques shutting down weekly and lack of observance even during islamic holidays.

Ironically, the islamic republic destroyed the religion of islam in Iran."

Leaving aside whether or not DEI is racist, the government is well within its rights to refuse to fund it. Similarly, the government could refuse to fund work on alien abductions or flat-Earth science.
One might say, DEI is anti-racist (stop laughing, this is a hypothetical). Okay fine, it still isn't racist to refuse to fund a fundamentally political endeavor.

She wore a long, blue pleated dress and flats, looking every bit the godly wife serving her family and country that the women at the summit were told to aspire to. .....Every once in a while, as she chased after the children, I detected a hint of annoyance that she couldn’t actually watch the speeches she’d paid $200 to see. ......I hoped that some of the other young women in the audience would look over at her and see that hint of annoyance, too. Maybe it wouldn’t prompt them to dye their hair blue and volunteer for Planned Parenthood. But maybe it would lead them to question the path they’d been told God had laid out for them. Maybe they would realize they didn’t have to choose a path at all; they could forge their own..... "

'lead them to question the path they'd been told' said the Progressive journalist, completely unindoctrinated, having never been told anything before. Got it.

Progressives, quick to point out that 'Conservative World' has money-hustlers, influencers, and hucksters, and plenty of rubes prone to be their victims - unlike them.

Would have been great to have a journalist there to ask the participants what they were thinking, then print the comments.
Since that did not happen and we are speculating, maybe the unnamed young women were thinking "I wish I had kids and could be a mom instead of pretending to listen to this boring speech," or "Wow, those kids are cute and active. I can't wait to have my own kids so I can ditch these faux think-fests."

Kate said...

Managing three young children in a social space is difficult. Someone who's had children would pop over and offer to hold/watch the baby while mom chased after the more mobile ones. Having children is a guild: when you're a member you know how to help.

When will Trump figure out that when the US casually transfers a fleet of Air Force tankers across the globe - something no other nation in the world is capable of doing - *that* is the "menacing military parade". When the US has more carriers than the rest of the world combined, enough for one in each ocean at all times, *that* is the "menacing military parade". When the US unveils its seventh iteration of stealth aircraft, before any other nation has completed it's first, etc.

The US does menacing military parades, sure. But they do them where it matters: On enemy territory.

This isn’t what I’ve seen. Many years ago - absolutely. Nowadays anyone - male or female - showing interest in a child is viewed with suspicion. Maybe if moms know each other but stranger moms (supposedly with germs etc) holding a baby, I just haven’t seen it.

Given the majority vote before the fateful 2014 coup, we can conclude that the Ukrainians were, at minimum, disenfranchised, and, at most, under assault by successive regimes and proxies. The Russians only decided to offer aid when Crimea was targeted with denial of services, and nearly a decade later when the Slavic Spring progressed to assault Ukrainians in the East, and threatened to spill over national boundaries. We have acted in a similar fashion when "democracy" and interests were threatened.

Trump is in 25th Amendment territory. I have admired him since I first saw him on live TV take on that heckler, err, I mean journalist, in Iowa in 2016. I feel like he has rarely put a foot wrong, and has been unjustly persecuted, but he has allowed himself to be played by Mark Levin. He cut Tulsi Gabbard out of an important meeting where the strikes on Iran were discussed, and we know exactly why she was cut out, it was for the very reasons that he put her in place, to give him the truth.

Now everything he does just appears to be the ravings of an old man, ever since this crisis broke. It's like he thought that he could pretend that Israel was using F-35s in an undeclared war with Iran without our permission, then he thought it was going great, so he "took credit," now, as the people who convinced him to do it knew all along, we are going to get dragged into it.

This is as big a betrayal as I could imagine: "I am the one who first said 'America First,' so I am the one who says what it means, and it means...[America getting dragged in to Netanyahu's paranoid military misadventures.]

Everything he says now looks ridiculous to me. He needs a vacation badly, maybe he needs to go hang out with Joe Biden up at Rehoboth in his basement, they could share a nurse and swap stories of starting wars where other people died. How is he any better than Hillary Clinton?

Jaq said...

The weakness of course, with the 25th amendment, is that the very people who would use it, prefer to take the presidential power for themselves.

Nobody cares about Iran having or not having a bomb at this moment. Everyone knew that was their goal.

Furthermore every other leader in the ME wanted the Mullahs out. Everyone in the region and the United States are all happy to let Israel do the heavy lifting here and Israel feels it is worth their time and investment.

You are descending into hysterics here because I sense you realize that this is going to be over sooner rather than later and Trump is going to emerge from this having created a peaceful equilibrium in the middle east for the first time in... ever.

Sorry, Achilles, but "one more war" and then China and Russia will throw in their hands without a fight is unhinged.

"How many troops have we lost and how many have we deployed?"

Are we in "to the last Ukrainian" territory here? We have American troops deployed to Syria, where they worked to clear the air corridor by taking out Assad's air defenses, which cleared the way for this attack, that's US deployment already. The first day of Biden's presidency he ordered more troops into Syria. The war is young. Just wait. We have carriers heading there, long range refueling assets. I hope that Trump comes to his senses, but I am not betting on it. He is the one who is unhinged. This is a reckless misadventure, and is certainly not "America First."

I am done with Trump.

Jaq said...

I don't mean literally took out the air defenses, what we did was collapse the Syrian regime by starving it for oil and grain, because we seized their territory and so set the Syrians on a course of starvation and poverty until they finally cracked. Once the head choppers took over, Israel destroyed the air defenses.
