I was going to say my latest catchphrase: Ask Congress for a declaration of war. But we don’t recognize Maduro as the legitimate president. I guess we can’t declare war (which only exists between states) on a non-state actor.
Maybe he could ask for an AUMF. And then not do anything to Venezuela. Yet. Kind of like how Andrew Jackson never shot first in duels - just watched the other guy sweat and shake.
Might be enough to bring down Maduro.

Pity he cannot do the same for MS-13, which is fairly active here in the Shenandoah Valley. Cleverly, they restrict their depredations to working class and lower middle class Hispanics. This means that the Democrats don’t particularly care about MS-13, since the Brahmins who run that party don’t have any particular reason to pay attention.
How is membership in TdA verified? I think he should say that anyone from Venezuela here illegally is presumed to be a member and will be immediately deported.

A Judge has already issued a TRO because he thinks it's unconstitutional. Planes with TdA gang members were recalled. The ACLU petitioned the judge and got the TRO.

They should send these gang members straight to the Judges home and neighborhood. Let him and HIS deal with what he wants in this country.
