A proclamation by President Trump.
Excerpt: "I find and declare that TdA is perpetrating, attempting, and threatening an invasion or predatory incursion against the territory of the United States. TdA is undertaking hostile actions and conducting irregular warfare against the territory of the United States both directly and at the direction, clandestine or otherwise, of the Maduro regime in Venezuela.... Based on these findings, and by the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including 50 U.S.C. 21, I proclaim that all Venezuelan citizens 14 years of age or older who are members of TdA, are within the United States, and are not actually naturalized or lawful permanent residents of the United States are liable to be apprehended, restrained, secured, and removed as Alien Enemies. I further find and declare that all such members of TdA are, by virtue of their membership in that organization, chargeable with actual hostility against the United States and are therefore ineligible for the benefits of 50 U.S.C. 22...."NYT summary: "Alien Enemies Act: The Trump administration has issued an executive order invoking the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, an obscure law that could allow it to remove unauthorized immigrants with little due process. The order says that adult Venezuelans who are in the United States without authorization and are part of the Tren de Aragua gang are 'liable to be apprehended, restrained, secured and removed.'"

Illegal aliens. Trump ad-Vance-s with great American Civil Liberties Matter (ACcLaiM) to the dismay of the kleptocracts whose Choice is American Civil Liberties Unburdened.
Jacobin Nebraska state senator Megan Hunt condemned this law because it is old. Old like our Constitution is old. Therefore, invalid.

The contrast with Biden could not be clearer.
The US president showing concern and looking out for the safety of US citizens? Unheard of!
Once again we see that no Congressional acts were needed to establish new law on immigration…only a President was needed who enforces the existing laws. Surprise, surprise. The Dems and Media were gaslighting Americans 24/7 on the subject.
Are Democrats going to line up behind narco-terrorists now? Is anybody confident they won’t?
Old laws are only good when they can be interpreted in ways that they never before had been in order to be used against Donald Trump.
“At the direction…of the Maduro regime.”
I was going to say my latest catchphrase: Ask Congress for a declaration of war. But we don’t recognize Maduro as the legitimate president. I guess we can’t declare war (which only exists between states) on a non-state actor.
Maybe he could ask for an AUMF. And then not do anything to Venezuela. Yet. Kind of like how Andrew Jackson never shot first in duels - just watched the other guy sweat and shake.
Might be enough to bring down Maduro.

Some pro-hamas fem-o-lefty media hack swiped a fuzzy mic in Trump's face. I wonder what Putin type poison they used?
Good for Trump. Hope all 1000 of our District Judges, including the leftwing ones who hate trump agree. Otherwise, they'll just issue an injuction and stop it.
'Cause Federal Judges can do anything!
Pity he cannot do the same for MS-13, which is fairly active here in the Shenandoah Valley. Cleverly, they restrict their depredations to working class and lower middle class Hispanics. This means that the Democrats don’t particularly care about MS-13, since the Brahmins who run that party don’t have any particular reason to pay attention.
How is membership in TdA verified? I think he should say that anyone from Venezuela here illegally is presumed to be a member and will be immediately deported.
How is membership in TdA verified?
By the tried and true method of leaning hard on one of them in order to expose the others.
It’s funny how gangs have tattoos that id them as members, if the tat retorts, you must deport.
And a corrupt Obama judge ordered it back after being fellatiated by the American Criminal Lovers Union.
A Judge has already issued a TRO because he thinks it's unconstitutional. Planes with TdA gang members were recalled. The ACLU petitioned the judge and got the TRO.
Is this another hill the Democrats want to die on? Don't they realize how bad it looks at every level to try to save TdA gang members from deportation?
They should send these gang members straight to the Judges home and neighborhood. Let him and HIS deal with what he wants in this country. HE should be forced to take them into his home and support them since he loves them so much. This is sick. The left really thinks they will win after all the dumb ignorant little games they are playing?? They have NO IDEA how they are pushing for a civil war that they will NOT win.
Another district judge makes an in kind contribution to the Republican Party.
It's about time and appreciated the most by Venezuelans who live here, who are the majority of their victims.

I'll bet she wasn't complaining when Democrats dusted off the Logan Act for use against Gen. Flynn.
Impossible as it may be to believe, but our New Soviet Democraticals and LLR-democraticals have now officially come out in support of illegal alien murderer narco-terrorist cartel members being allowed to stay in the US and be released to commit more crimes.
Just to "own" Trump.
Apparently the plane did not turn around, but instead landed in El Salvador, where President Bukele promptly put all of the terrorists in prison. Now that is an ally.

An AUMF is constitutionally a “declaration of war.”
Thus declared former President—then-Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, not to speak of “constitutional law professor”—Joe Biden, when he asserted that a “declaration of war” constitutionally means neither more nor less than a Congressional “authorization for the use of military force” (AUMF).
More particularly, as Biden observed in the aftermath of a speech presented on October 22, 2001 [!], in response to a question from the floor: {quoting…}
Question: “Senator, thank you for this broad gauged approach to the problems we face. My question is this, do you foresee the need or the expectation of a Congressional declaration of war, which the Constitution calls for, and if so, against whom?” [Scattered Laughter]
Biden: “The answer is yes, and we did it. I happen to be a professor of Constitutional law. I'm the guy that drafted the Use of Force proposal that we passed. It was in conflict between the President and the House. I was the guy who finally drafted what we did pass. Under the Constitution, there is simply no distinction… Louis Fisher(?) and others can tell you, there is no distinction between a formal declaration of war, and an authorization of use of force. There is none for Constitutional purposes. None whatsoever. And we defined in that Use of Force Act that we passed, what… against whom we were moving, and what authority was granted to the President.”

(Ellipsis in the original. Quoted from Joe Biden's own [now defunct] senatorial website.)
But, of course, Biden as President made no attempt to obtain any Congressional approval (e.g., by at least seeking an authorization for the use of military force) of any his actions in the Middle East and elsewhere.
