Giuliani was indicted for what the Democrat party attempted to do across the nation in 2016. The term faithless elector was coined by progressives.

And "energy consumers," and America, and Christianity, and women who do not want to have men invade their bathrooms and sports teams, and Western Civilization, and industry, and alway, always the Middle Class. That said, their current target is defending Hamas and attacking Jews. That is why everyone should wear a yellow star, in solidarity with Israel.
And everyone should wear a blue band symbol and defend the police when they are attacked, and be as firmly engaged when gentile whites and others are attacked, as with ANTIFA. Where was everyone then? I already stand with Israel. But we can't defeat these anarchist savages until we defeat them entirely and understand the entirety of their attack. They put up some tents; they attack some police; they denounce "whiteness" and "the gender binary." Minority-on-white (non-Jewish/Asian/Jewish) random and brutal assaults are rising: all of these random victims are equal. These are just different parts of a larger movement. We need to stop the whole movement.

Re: Indictments of Giuliani,et al. I am truly proud that after more than 50 years I resigned from the Arizona Bar Association. The legal profession is an embarrassment now. This is particularly true of many judges who tolerate crap filings like this from Democrats while ignoring thousands of affidavits challenging the 2020 election.
I am also proud that I left the Democrat Party more than 20 years ago. My career was committed to enforcing the law and prosecuting with integrity. The corruption of federal law enforcement by Obama and Biden and the political corruption of Democrat prosecutors and judges turns my stomach.
