Kos's blatant use of the shooting metaphor that we weren't supposed to use anymore.

"MD-04: Donna Edwards wins primary without a single shot fired."

It's only a few days after the anniversary of the Tucson shootings, after which Sarah Palin was pilloried for using a target symbol on a campaign map.

You forgot the "civility bullshit" tag.

It's almost like they were trying to score cheap political points over something that had nothing to do with politics.

The Party of the Master of Drone Killings is taking off their mask.

After all, the most used phrase in Marxist Revolutions by ten to one is. " Take him outside and shoot him."

And Homeland Security is creating digital dossiers from Facebook, Twitter and Blogs with their commenters... I suppose to keep the Revolutionary Homeland Secure.

And Ditzy Debbie Wasserman Schultz is still trying to smear Conservatives, Republicans, and Tea Partiers with it.

If it weren't for double standards, leftists would have no standards at all.

The Kroger butterstick packages have a "crosshair" like the ones Palin used on an inside flap of the package. I suspect it is a target that helps line up the package for loading the buttersticks in the production process.

If I recall correctly, the marks on
Sarah Palin's map are printer's alignment marks. They're used on lots of packaging to make sure the colors print correctly.

Mark Halperin in Time bypasses the shootin' and gets straight to the killin':

"Mitt Romney has been running his presidential campaign based on a primal instinct: kill or be killed. And so after Rick Santorum fought Romney to a virtual tie in Iowa and arrived in New Hampshire trailed by media hordes, Romney's Boston headquarters decided it was time to take the former Pennsylvania Senator down."

Clearly most of the people squawking about uncivil language were just trying to score political points. When you get down to it, they used a mass murder, including the murder of a nine-year-old girl, as a way to win a few news cycles. That goes way beyond uncivil and straight to warped, grotesque and inhuman.

Shoot. I thought we had killed this issue. Dad blast it.

Debbie "Blabbermouth" Whats-her-name-Schultz (who is not believed to be related to Sgt. Schultz of Hogan's Heroes fame) has only heard such discourse from the right-wing Tea Party Pukes who caused Jared Loughner to erupt from his left-wing hideout to shoot all those people at Gabby Gifford's meet and greet event.
