Great shots, btw.

What Democrats told us prior to walking into voting machines:

* Men can get pregnant.
* Boys need tampons.
* I can't define the word "woman" (Supreme Court nominee).
* It's permitted to urge Jewish genocide ... in context.
* Avoid homes advertising Trump. - FEMA employees
* Bud Light put a grown man cos-playing a 12-year-old girl into a bathtub and started handing her beers. In an ad. To try to sell us beer.
* A man was cornholed on video on the floor of the United States Senate and that video was released to the public.
* You must ADMIT that you are racist and have white privilege (told to people at work).
* Electricity prices are naturally going to skyrocket.
* We absolutely want to take your guns.
* Men who wear dog costumes sexually and steal women's clothing are good government employees.
* 7% is a good interest rate for houses.
* If we have Free Speech, we lose all control. - Hillary Clinton
* It's OK for a doctor to cut off a boy's penis.
* Masks stop viruses.
* Republicans are the weird ones.

They said these things in public and if you DARED disagree with them you were #Cancelled. You might have your income eliminated, your entire career sidelined forever.

And now they're sitting around trying to figure out why they got their asses handed to them.

Progressive Democrats push to take over party leadership

"Left-wingers are hoping to install Ben Wikler, the Wisconsin Democratic chairman, to take over the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and swing it away from the current centrist leadership ahead of the 2026 midterms."

I watched a post-election clip of George Galloway saying, in part “Go home America”. Couldn’t help but remember George McGovern’s “Come Home America” speech. Would he be center-right today?

Question: Wasn't one of the main reasons for Kamala's anointment as The Chosen One (apart from the obvious DEI factors) the fact that as Biden's running mate she was the only one who could get her hands on his campaign funds which amounted to over a billion dollars at the time he dropped out?

So we can safely assume she started out a billion to the good. Then, as the media lip-smackingly assured us, SHE RAISED A BILLION DOLLARS IN 3 MONTHS. Now they have informed us that she pissed away over a billion and is 20 million in the hole. Okay, stuff happens, I get it ... but what happened to that other billion she started out with?

No one seems to want to talk about this.

I checked on a photomeme a friend had posted, assuming it was parody of some kind. It wasn't.

Costco had the recall 80,000 pounds of butter (40 tons..) because, because it wasn't labeled as containing milk or milk products.

Butter. IMHO- anyone allergic to milk products who doesn't know that butter contains milk products deserves to get sick or die should they consume a product labelled "butter. That the FDA requires that label on butter is just another reason the government needs to be reined in.

What we need are a bunch of the old Althouse type posts, for a few weeks maybe, of things like how Art Garfunkel is trying to scare up interest in his new project by pretending that he is sorry for the things he said about Paul, because he knows it will get him publicity. Stuff like that. Maybe then the people who think that this is just a political blog for Trumpers will fade away. I suggest a series like the Gatsby project for The Big Sleep. Sentences from that novel will examination. Lots of these trolls probably can't read a book all the way through.

This was the ENTIRE motivating factor. The California wing (there are wings in the Democrat Party ... Obama is the Chicago wing, for example) ... knew they were going to lose, so GET THE MONEY. Then they started handing it out to everybody in California that they could ... Oprah got a MILLION DOLLARS for doing a town hall endorsement. Taylor wanted $5 million, but they refused. They spread Biden's BILLION dollars out to everyone in California connected to the DNC and Chicago GOT NOTHING.

I see the top trending story at the WaPo is a guide on how to leave the United States! Back in the 4th grade (age 9) we read the story "The Man Without a Country" by Edward Everett Hale. First published in the Atlantic in 1863. I'll hazard a guess it's no longer a part of the curriculum?

Women don't understand this ... but love is fleeting.

Like is forever.

If a woman likes a man, she will always stay with him.

People like Donald Trump.

I'm willing to donate to the GoFundMe of any woman in the United States who wishes to leave the country due to Trump winning.

"I see the top trending story at the WaPo is a guide on how to leave the United States!"

Clear evidence that the left hates immigrants. Why would anyone encourage people to come here from all over the world, when they'd prefer to be elsewhere?

Dixcus said...

I'm still trying to process how Kamala Harris lost despite paying $1 million to Oprah Winfrey for an endorsement and having the support both of Dick "Darth" Cheney (R-Haliburton) ... who created the war in Iraq for oil by claiming they had weapons of mass destruction ... and his compatriot Inga, who also endorsed ... along with Darth (Let's Steal Iraq's Oil) Cheney, the warmonger Kamala Harris.

How did she lose?

"Is Pasadena REALLY hotter than LA?"

I grew up in SoCal and as a rule, the closer to the ocean, the cooler the temps. As well, I believe Los Angeles and Pasadena share a border at one point.

Ampersand said...

Pasadena is hotter than Los Angeles and MUCH hotter than Santa Monica, Chandler's real Bay City. Los Angeles microclimates are a function of access to Pacific Ocean air. Pasadena is in the San Gabriel valley. The cool clean air from the Pacific Ocean only partially finds it's way over the hills into Pasadena.
Pasadena is a pleasant town.

Yep, they need to be labelled.

I'm thinking about selfishness. There are people, who are selfish, and their selfishness expands the realm of their own action, while contracting the realms of action of those around them. But there are also people whose insistence upon the expansion of their own realm of action creates a larger space in which others may also expand. And they are also selfish.

Yeah, they not only said that, but some of them did that. And they are criminals, and they should be sued for damages, and also punished with LONG prison sentences. Is is not OK for anyone to cut off a boy's penis. I mean, maybe if it's cancerous. But otherwise, take everything this "doctor" owns and toss his ass in prison.
