It's someone who identifies himself as David Bright and says this at Facebook::
If my vote today could have helped Secretary Clinton win the presidency, I would have voted for her. But as the Electoral College meets all across this nation on this day, I see no likelihood of 38 Republican electors defecting from their party and casting their ballots for Secretary Clinton. How do I know he is what he purports to be? ABC News has looked into it:
So Hillary Clinton will not become President, and there is nothing I can do about that. Knowing this, I was left to find a positive statement I could make with my vote. I am not a Clinton elector, I am a Democratic elector. I do not represent Democrats all over the country, I represent the Democrats in Maine.
I cast my vote for Bernie Sanders not out of spite, or malice, or anger, or as an act of civil disobedience.... So I cast my Electoral College vote for Bernie Sanders today to let those new voters who were inspired by him know that some of us did hear them, did listen to them, do respect them and understand their disappointment....
The Maine Secretary of State's office confirmed that Bright is one of the state's four electors and he plans to change his vote. Bright's move to change his vote goes against state laws, but unlike other states, there is no financial penalty for the move.So... all that work agitating for faithlessness, and look what happens.

It is a far, far better thing I do than any elector has ever done before....wait, you mean there is no penalty.
Lady makes Wisconsin Proud
This is from a news site, a few ads before screaming lady appears.
Sort of would be hilarious if now 36 electors abandon Trump for Hilary, but now because of one self-righteous Sanders supporter she falls exactly one vote short. If only the sense of smug from the swampy left could be harnessed as an energy source.
Is Kenny Loggins still wearing those shades? I assumed they were just for the "Danger Zone" video.
He violated the trust of the voters. He was supposed to represent the majority. That's how a republic works. Someone needs to let the air out of his tires.
That right there is funny.
"I am not a Clinton elector, I am a Democratic elector." He seems confused: for surely he was selected by voters solely because he had pledged to vote for Clinton?
On a more somber but off topic note, Bill Clinton was impeached on this day in history 1998.
Just like the recounts, Trump's lead over Hillary increases, will he ever get tired of winning?

There was some group (Hamilton Electors?)raising money for the effort to change electoral votes. Wonder how much they raised and what the ROI will be on that.
Upudate: Dec 19, 2016 3:10 PM EST The Maine elector who voted for Bernie Sanders has his vote ruled "improper." He has switched the vote to Clinton
From Alan's link:
"As the members of the Wisconsin Electoral College made the announcement, a protestor began shouting "This is my America" and other slogans, and was quickly escorted outside by security."
Other protestors chanted "shame" at the Republican presidential electors during the meeting and as they were leaving.

Unlike the full-throated "shame" chants that rang out in the Wisconsin Capitol during the recall campaign, these "shame" chants sound pretty tired and half-hearted. It's almost as if these people are starting to realize that their chanting and posing and preening doesn't actually accomplish anything.
Neither does bombarding electors with threatening emails and issuing preachy videos featuring Hollywood has beens.
A Colorado elector was just dismissed after attempting to vote for Kasich instead of Clinton.
Liberals.....never able to figure out that things can go BOTH ways.
Boomerang!!!!
This is what happens when a Scientific Progressive is allowed to become an Electoral College elector.
Doesn't this guy just LOOK like a Bernie Sanders supporter?
An interesting case of moral vanity and virtue signaling without any sense of a moral compass.
That is what passes for the Far Left these days.
And I was hoping for a good Tasing, Bro.
So why was his vote ruled "Improper?" And on what grounds?

Get rid of the human component. The EC vote should be tallied electronically after the States certify the results.
Apparently 4 electors in Washington have declined to vote for Hillary, and not been forced to do so.
No idea who they voted for. Colorado and Maine have had their faithless voters for Hillary "changed" to Hillary on who knows what authority.

Meet "SmugglyPuff".
Is Bright the "Deep Plunger" of Clinton's WaterCloset?
I don't support this. Sure, It's fun to ding Hillary a bit. But, we really should not be tinkering with the votes of electoral college. It's more of the ministerial function. Imagine if these idiots got a hold of a few electoral voters in a close election, say 2000, where the difference was only 4 votes. We'd have chaos.
"The Maine elector who voted for Bernie Sanders has his vote ruled "improper."
And so ends his 15 minutes. Perhaps our faithless-then-faithful elector will save the newspaper clippings.
The Washington electors voted 3 for Colin Powell, and 1 for a native American called Faith Spotted Eagle.
Washingtonians are crazy.
So far, the only faithless electors have been Democrats.
Darrell, is 100% correct. We need a federal law that requires these clowns to vote the way the legislature requires them to. Or we need a C/A to get rid of the human element all together.
The last thing we need is a bunch of un-elected electors breaking their oaths - and possibly state laws - to throw the results into the House.
Dec 19, 2016 4:36 PM EST From the Associated Press: "A couple of hundred protesters are gathering outside the California state Capitol ahead of Monday's Electoral College meeting."
What are they protesting about? Worried that not all of their 55 votes are going to Clinton, adding to her humiliation?

The Dems have a Ph'd in unintended consequences (see: Harry Reid, filibuster, judges). They thinks this is cool. Rebellion, you know. I would bet this comes back to bite them down the road.
So I see protesters on TV right carrying signs saying "Send it to the House." How stupid are these people?
Trump is elected. 2 TX electors did not vote for Trump.
If you were in central casting and had a call for a cranky, Sanders voter, this is the guy you would visualize. Some people look like who they are. I'm still unable to visualize an alt right Trump supporter, however.
They are buffoons but there is a more serious consideration. If there had been a mass defection of electors there would also be blood in the streets. Anyone who advocated such behaviour is a moral failure for just that reason.
All faithless electors should be permanently exiled from their states. Tyrants.
