How did they get Castro to come?

And, that flag ... I can't quite make out all the symbols.

So that money going into the pit; that comes mostly from people in the top ten percent of income. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess that this guy isn't part of that group. In fact, I'm pretty sure he pays no net taxes.

So I guess this is a conveyor belt, on the bottom of this bottomless pit. Where does that money end up, as it reaches the end of this belt? Does he think it goes into a furnace? Or that it's converted directly into bombs that neocons drop on brown people?

He's pissed that taxes collected from other people are paid as wages to people other than himself.

Re "End the Wars."

I always hate it when I find myself agreeing with people with whom I otherwise have nothing in common. But in this case, they are right. A ten year war in Afghanistan is nine years too long. It's time to bring the troops home and take the money we're wasting there and used it to rebuild America instead.

The only thing worse than spending 500 billion on the standing army, etc. is the million times worse experience of losing the next war war.

Somebody explain that to Obama.
Oh nevermind, he wants us to lose the next war.

Why do lefty protesters always make their statements by messing up the flag?

Gene...Thanks for mentioning Afghanistan. That has not been a war since 2002.

We are just there to test our weapons and tactics while providing a stream of live fire targets for the Taliban's School of Ambush and IED Placement.

The mountain valley terrain means no war can ever be fought to a victory there.

So Obama tripled our forces there and announced our surrender in a year. But most Conservatives are afraid to tell the truth about that idiot Obama's war.

It should say:

"the Great Society/The Bottomless Pit."

or

"Entitlement Programs/The Bottomless Pit."

Same thing, really.

You have to admit, that after the Afghan War was sold as a punitive expedition to quickly wipe out Al Qaeda and that was done save a small remnant of militants that fled to Pakistan by Jan 2002...10 years later....
And after 8 years of nation-building in Iraq...

We have:

Two trillion in debt borrowed from China for saving the noble Afghans and noble Iraqis from themselves.

In Iraq (outside Kurd areas) and Afghanistan, no American is likely to live out the day unless protected by armed security people.
With years more "nation-building" to do - all in pay to connected American contractors of both Parties, the in-country Muslim insiders, and "The Heroes".

Truly a bottomless money pit.

With Libya, an African adventure also happening, and a war with Iran possible.

Meanwhile, for almost 60 years, save two border clashes with Russia and Vietnam lasting weeks - China has focused on "nation-building" their own lands. No money for interventions, humanitarian money pits - 60 years.

Who is smarter?

Millions for defense, not one damn cent for tribute.

If you want peace, prepare for war.

If you want more wars (Yemen, Pakistan, Uganda, etc.), re-elect Obama.

Better a bottomless money pit than a valley of glass.

Of course, its just a matter of time before the Jihad gets its hands on Paki nukes.

I wonder if they'll hit China first?

Fen said...

Not that I'm stoned or anything, but...

Isn't a bottomless pit actually just a shaft?

Fen said...

I mean.. by definition, a pit has sides and a bottom. If it has no bottom then its not a pit.

Just sayin...

Although I have to give props to the Corporate Flag. Most creativity I've seen from these bozos.

That sign looks more like a Pentagon Pustule.

Wait... Is war spending stimulative or wasteful? I'm getting mixed signals.

edutcher said...

Of course, entitlements and stimulus are different.

Actually, the Taliban are the live fire targets, but why let actual numbers get in the way?

The mountain valley terrain means no war can ever be fought to a victory there.

I'm sure somebody said the same thing to Hannibal and Spartacus.

Rick67 said...

Not quite bottomless. Now government stimulus on the other hand...
