TikTok via Reddit: According to this guy's numbers we are worse off now than folks during the great depression.

Big if true? I don't know what to believe.

Trump has falsely reported $50 million owed to one of his companies, Chicago Unit Acquisition LLC, as a liability on all nine public financial disclosure reports he filed with the Federal Election Commission and the Office of Government Ethics. Trump filed the disclosure reports between 2015 and 2023, even though the loan "appears to have never existed," CREW said, but reporting suggests that the deal could be part of a tax-avoidance scheme, known as debt parking, that taxpayers have used to purchase debt and then leave it in a separately-owned entity rather than incur tax liability on debt which has been forgiven."

Barbara Jones, the court-appointed independent New York State monitor of the Trump Organization, previously wrote in a report that Trump's business managers said the loan never existed, even though it was listed on numerous federal election forms that Trump filed.

Of course you don't know what to believe. That is exactly the result that the GOPe DNC Davos billionaires want. Another successful customer of the AI algorithms:

Watching these protests on college campuses brought back memories. I was a freshman at PSU in the spring of 1970. Protests exploded at colleges across the country including Penn State. The protests were ostensibly against the Viet Nam war/ Nixon. That was the time of the Kent State shootings where 4 students were killed. I witnessed the protests first hand at Penn State.

The protestors at PSU first marched around and then took over Old Main (the administration building). They were warned to vacant and refused to do so. I recall seeing them yell out the front windows of the building at the amassed crowd on the lawn. One evening were heard the state police were amassing at the Beaver Stadium so my buddies and I went up to encourage them. We observed several hundred state police cars entering the area. We chatted with a few of them through the chain link fence. They were pleasant to us but stoic.

The next morning we went to Old Main to watch. The state police roll up to Old Main in blue school buses. They marched in to the building 2 x 2 and hauled the protestors and loaded them in to the now empty busses. It was over in about an hour.

A prospective new book, "Robots Dream of Eclectic Electric Alligators."

Having a title is 85% of the work. Like a PhD thesis. The rest is rote.
