Cold driving rain squalls in northern Arizona today while I was out running. It was lovely, felt like spring in Ireland. A couple in a Jeep offered me a lift when I was about 6 miles from my car in the pelting rain. Declining the offer actually made the rest of the run even nicer. There was a moment of temptation.

It's sad the way that their lies are being held up to scrutiny. It didn't used to be that way. It used to be that they could tell whatever lie they wished, and it would be repeated enough that people would overcome their resistance to the absurdity of their lies, and begin, if not to believe them, at least believe that other people believed them.

Yes ladies and gentlemen, these last 2 weeks demonstrates the pure desperation of our New Soviet Democraticals: they are going to run the entire Russia Collusion Hoax again and its in full swing.

This will also be used to try and hide just how much the entire Ukraine operation was corrupted beyond all recognition.

The Israel Hamas war has taken a turn for the worse. Aid trucks have practically ceased to deliver food the Gaza so that the people there really are facing starvation. "Starvation" has been claimed many times and people aren't listening but it is true now. And this famine will peak in a few days, about the time Israel launches its attack on the last of the Hamas army. This last organized army is the four battalions in the Rafah area which is also the area where is the gate, the Rafah gate, through which any food that comes will arrive. The result of the attack and the famine and the presence of desperate crowds seeking food at the Rafah gate will be a catastrophe. The food crisis is occurring because Hamas's police have ceased to guard the aid trucks and no one has taken their place. The UN will not deliver food aid without guards and so very little food is getting through. It's ploy by Hamas but Israel's cause will be crushed by the resulting scenes. Israel must take over guarding the food deliveries or in some other way ensure that deliveries are resumed. This war is a hybrid war and twists and turns impossible to imagine happening in previous wars of a more regular type are present here and must be dealt with by Israeli leadership.

Regarding the Smirnov affair (informant arrested for lying to the FBI about payments to the Biden Crime Family) it's as if a light has been switched on at NPR. Suddenly there is urgent, journalistic questioning, showing real chops on getting to the bottom of this. Well.....in the shallow end, maybe. But there's all kinds of 'probing of experts' going on, trying to accurately characterize how this confidential source lied to the FBI, how the whole story is false, how all other charges being 'touted' (their word) by the Republicans are not quite ready to be simply dismissed by association, but this one is for sure and others will surely follow. Really entertaining to hear journalism defense games being played on the air in dramatic form.

"Should Judge Engoron have been the factfinder? I don’t think so, and one argument Trump could make on appeal involves whether this case should have been a jury trial. If he raised this issue and won, he would get the entire case reversed. But I wouldn’t bank on that. The statutes involved did not call for a jury trial under New York law. Despite that, given how punitive the potential penalties were (and turned out to be), I think the defense should have been constitutionally entitled to a jury trial. But whether I’m right or wrong about that, such an argument does not make itself. Unless I’m missing something, the Trump legal team seems to have accepted that a jury trial was not legally available. They complained about being stuck with a bench trial before a hostile judge, but they don’t seem to have zealously contended that the circumstances constitutionally called for a jury trial, regardless of what New York’s business statutes say. If the record indicates that the Trump team did not sufficiently object, an appellate court is apt to find that the issue is waived at this point — despite the harshness of the judgment."

That old liberal Andy McCarthy
Trump and his crack legal team (Habba !) really screwed the pooch by not fighting the jury demand issue.

"The Israel Hamas war has taken a turn for the worse."

The information you recite comes against the background of almost universal support for Hamas being able to survive, reconstitute itself, and re-arm. The United States could take over policing the aid convoys - so could Britain, or France, or ... but no country will do so, because that would weaken the possibility of a propaganda victory for Hamas. It is a strange world in which almost every action of the country defending itself from invasion is seen as immoral.

When Germany decided to invade, rape, pillage and plunder its way across Europe, the allied armies were not expected to respond "proportionately." Their reaction was to wreak death, destruction and annihilation on Germany and Germans, until the beaten people faced nothing bu wreck and ruin. That's the way war is, with little concern for the sensibilities of the aggressors or the spectators.

"Does anybody know where I can find a translation for gibberish?"

Maybe if you didn't limit your news sources to sites that are fanatically loyal to the Democrats, you would understand that the Steele Dossier came from a Russian spy, who was interviewed as opposition research by lawyers paid by the Clinton Campaign, which expenses she falsely, on her campaign filings, put down to "legal expenses."

Here is the source of the Steele Dossier

A Wall Street Journal deep dive reveals that Steele’s central charges were based on idle gossip. Not from intel-community insiders with vast source networks. No: from a trio of unremarkable hacks with zero insight into covert affairs, whose only real connections were to Clinton World.

...

The nonentities were: Dem stalwart and PR man Charles Dolan Jr.; Olga Galkina, paid flack of a Russian tech entrepreneur; and the primary “researcher” on the dossier, Igor Danchenko.
- NY Post. The Wall Street Journal is paywalled, or I would link to it directly.

Danchenko, now under indictment for lying to the FBI, passed on these “findings” orally to British ex-spy James Bond Christopher Steele (who’d forbidden him to write notes). Steele then ran with it all, as he (or the Fusion GPS sleaze merchants who’d hired him, after Clinton lawyer Marc Elias hired them) claimed it all came from his supposed Russian sources or, alternately, sources close to Trump. (Steele doesn’t speak Russian, by the way.)

Here is what the CIA knew before the Special Persecutor Mueller even was appointed:

Former CIA Director John Brennan briefed former President Obama on Hillary Clinton’s “plan” to tie the Trump campaign to Russia as a means of distracting the public from her private email server scandal before the 2016 election, according to newly declassified documents.

Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe on Tuesday declassified Brennan’s handwritten notes along with a CIA memo showing that officials referred the alleged scheme to the FBI for potential investigation.

I could go on, but I won't, because you clearly don't care about the truth behind RussiaGate or you would be aware of this stuff, which is common knowledge.

Maybe the reason that Mutaman doesn't know about any of the other evidence against Biden is because of the censorship. For example this link to the US House of Representatives Oversight Committee is censored by Twitter.

https://oversight.house.gov/release/comer-releases-third-bank-memo-detailing-payments-to-the-bidens-from-russia-kazakhstan-and-ukraine

If you click on it from twitter, you are given a warning that the link is "unsafe." It's possible that Mutaman lives in such a tightly controlled censorship bubble that he has zero idea of the extent of the case against Biden.

BTW, here is Joe and Hunter Biden meeting with one of Hunter's clients from Kazakhstan. We are told that the picture proves nothing, but Joe said he was never involved in Hunter's business, and meeting with his clients seems to be an involvement, then receiving money from Kazakhstan, when other evidence shows that Hunter set up bio-labs in Ukraine to launder money for this Borat type character seems to be pretty strong evidence that Joe was involved in peddling influence through Hunter, after all, without Joe Biden's position, he once was assigned by Obama to oversee Ukraine, what could a crack head like Hunter do to set up businesses in Ukraine? It's not like he had access to classified documents in his dad's garage strewn about in cardboard boxes, after all.

https://nypost.com/2020/10/20/photo-biden-meets-hunters-alleged-partner-from-kazakhstan/

Just once, I would like to see this kind of tic tac toe evidence in the prosecutions of Trump, instead we are treated to tenuous and bizarre novel legal theories to prove his guilt.

It's funny too, under the "every accusation is a confession" rule, that while Joe and Hunter, "Pedo Pete" and video-documented on his own laptop, pedophile, Hunter, were taking money from a real-life Borat, the movie was used to attack Giulianni. And the fictional Borat was supposed to be handing out children to Republican politicians. They know the truth is out there, so they have to deflect it and try to pin it on the other side.

THIS^^^

It is astonishing that anyone thinks Weiss arrest of Smirnov does anything other than question the FBI and DOJ’s incompetence. It is not the GOP that attempted to hide Smirnov as a highly trusted CHS. Weiss should have investigated Smirnov’s comments before Grassley brought it up. Weiss could have investigated when Grassley did bring it up. It wasn’t until late 2023 that Weiss, whose plea deal for Hunter Biden was rejected by a court, opted to look at Smirnov’s evidence and then months later make an arrest. That’s DoJ’s incompetence, but in all that time, the FBI continued to treat Smirnov as a trusted source. The FBI never vetted his intelligence, just like the FBI that didn’t vet Christopher Steele and sat on complaints by world class gymnast that they were being molested.

Shipwreckedcrew on X gives us this:
"As a general proposition, the FBI is 100% against indicting sources in the manner that Smirnov has been indicted.

A source found to be untruthful is usually just closed out and "black-balled" -- there is an entry made that the source is not eligible to be re-opened because it has been determined that the source is not reliable or credible. That would dog the source anywhere he/she went to try to provide info for money.

Indicting a source makes recruiting sources much more difficult. They are told their IDs will never be revealed, and there are processes in place to make that true. I know Agents who refused to tell the US Attorney the name of their source even when that prevented a case from going forward. That was the promise that was given for the information.

So I don't think the FBI is a big fan of what Weiss has done here. And laying out all the details about Smirnov they way they have in the detention memo is a huge red flag waving in the wind for anyone now being recruited as sources by FBI agents.

It is also a tool that foreign intelligence services can now use to tell people they are recruiting that "See, you can't trust the FBI and DOJ. They will sell you out when it is in their interest."

More to come on this later in a new Subway Stacker article."

To my friends on the Left: Imagine these words coming from Donald Trump's mouth and tell me whether you'd be as nonchalant (if not actually pleased) about this.

Try not to lie to me when you answer, too.

LLR-democratical Rich: "More high test gibberish from Comrade Drago. Wind him up and watch him go…"

You were wise to abandon your hilariously moronic and easily debunked Russia Hoax 2.0 lies in your response.

Why dont you head over to yahoo or the like where you will be on a more even playing field with your fellow idiots?

"James Biden, under oath, testified the ChiComs gave the Bidens 2 valuable diamonds as Sweet Nothings Between ChiCom Handlers And Biden Family Bribery Representatives.

But James claims that while Hunter kept his little gift, James just threw his away! Where you ask?"

Did James say WHY he threw his away (not that I believe he did), because that's pretty weird.

On a recent Sunday, a man dressed in basketball shorts and a black and yellow T-shirt that read “FIGHT CLUB” was summoned to the front of a hired event space in Pomona, California, and invited to climb into an inflatable bathtub to be baptized.

The baptism, which was streamed on Facebook, was led by Pastor Hansel Orzame, a 44-year-old southern Californian and a self-identified Christian Nationalist who leads “Ekklesia; The Unwoke Church.”

The Praying Patriot who was baptized on this recent Sunday in February was named Andrew. Sitting in the bathtub in his clothes, he spoke into a microphone that Orzame held for him, his voice cracking with emotion. Andrew, who has Proud Boy insignia in his personal Telegram profile, explained that he’d recently found God and learned that “true masculinity is in Christ.”

“Christ had the biggest cojones,” said Andrew. “Being men of Christ is being real men. So let’s be real men.”

Looking for scripture help here, I found Hebrews 8:1–2 says: “We have such a high priest, one who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven, a minister in the holy places, in the true tent that the Lord set up, not man.”

So Jesus is seated in power, as King and Lord of all, at the right hand of God in heaven. Jesus is real, human, risen, glorified, and reigning over all, waiting patiently for all his enemies, in his perfect timing, to be put under his feet. Sorry, but no mention is made of his private parts.

It’s hard to express how your laking in kindness, humanity, caring, literacy, allegory, and acceptance of your fellow man is expressed in this comment, gadfly.
