The Left and the Democrats constantly push lies, and what is now called "disinformation" through the MSM and and after the lie gets halfway round the world, the truth puts on its shoes.
And the MSM just doesn't check anything Biden puts out. Its "Too good to fact-check", so they go with the lies. Or anything that hurts Trump.
The real problem are the Republicans who constantly jump on the bandwagon and want to win points with the MSM and the Democrats. Did Bush ever apologize over "Babies in cages"? Did Liz Cheney ever retract the J6 lies she pushed? Has Mitch and his gang of republican senate clowns ever defended Trump against some lie? usually they say "no comment" or they join in the attack.
I saw this story. Apparently, Texas law enforcement were aware of the report and searched, but could not find the individuals in distress. Also, it appears that they drowned on the Mexican side of the river. (So that's Mexico's jurisdiction and responsibility.)
These people truly believe they have the moral high ground. They're expert liars; fooling even themselves.

This is true. The claims are very specific. They're not years in the past- where not only the day, or the week, or even the month or year can be recalled. Put it before a Texas jury full of MAGA Republicans- it's a sure winner.
Or in front of a Manhattan or DC jury where the specifics will be ignored- because after all, Biden was doing the right thing.
The reason is that Mexican authorities had already rescued two individuals in distress and the bodies of the woman and the children were also recovered earlier.
Sounds like the event occurred on the Mexico side of the border. I'm failing to see how Texas efforts to prevent crossings also prevented the Mexican authorities from responding, but I do understand that US Border Patrol has zero jurisdiction in Mexico and that would hamper them from responding.
