The best color in Utah comes on Election Day: bright red.
Some great blog posts today. Too busy to comment.
Diggin' all the pics.
Harriet, the 72-year-old Prostitute says…After ejaculating on my face, one of my longest customers suggested that I write my Memoirs, and, I have to say, I am enamored with the idea. A lot has happened to me since I first had sex for money back in 1957: oh yes, I have stories...In 1958 I was the first of the girls on my block to turn a trick with a Black Man. Looking back, I like to think I was at the vanguard of the Civil Rights Movement: Martin Luther King Jr. hadn't even had his Dream yet, and I had already sucked a Black Man's cock for money, just like he was a White Man...! It was quite the Scandal at the time: once my Pimp realized that a Black Man's money spent the same as that of a White Man, he made all the other girls take on black customers. Needless to say, some of them were not quite ready for that: finally, they all agreed to draw the line at the Chinese...I remember when Martin Luther King Jr. was killed: I had a white customer that day who wanted my services to Celebrate the Event. He was detestable, but if a prostitute refused to serve detestable men she's going to lose out on a lot of money...Still, I had my laugh: after he finished and paid me I told him that -- by the way -- my previous customer was Black, and that I hadn't washed my vagina between the two of them: oh my, the Look on his Face...!Oh, don't get me going: once I start telling these stories they all come rushing out...I am Laslo.
In the Gorsuch thread below, in part about trucks and heaters and frozen trailer brakes, I chimed in as an expert witness. But what I didn't mention is that when I drove tractor-trailers across country as a young man, and that while driving in the middle of nowhere one early morning, I happened to meet a beautiful Desert Flower…
So what happened to the chick from Arkansas?
Can we start a "what's good on streaming" post or start a thread here? I asked @rhhardin for a few tips In a post several days ago, when he remarked he was down to dregs. But my question was sandwiched in between 300+ comments. I'll offer a few:* The Honorable Woman (series) -- Netflix.* House of Cards (BBC original series & US series) -- Netflix* Second-Hand Lion (movie) -- Amazon* The Departed (movie) -- Amazon (true, it's not new, but I hadn't heard of it until a month ago)* Office Space (movie) -- Amazon (funny and light; and it has the scene Ted Cruz copied for his server-bashing "It feels good to be a Clinton" gangster commercial)
buwaya said...So what happened to the chick from Arkansas?3/23/17, 12:48 AMCan't you take a hint? He told you where the body is buried. (You know Dave that's evidence of guilty knowledge in court, like those narcotraficante ballads.)
Somebody owes Judge Napolitano an apology.
You have a really nice blog here.We get to discuss the engineering of truck heating systems, and how much the average driver might be expected to know about their operation. And then we then read "one of my longest customers" in a Laslo post, and are stopped dead in our tracks because we're not sure how the word "longest" is being used. And since the rest of the post provides no clear context, we're forced to consider whether we prefer it relate to length or time.
I was kind of hoping to find Inga and Drago had moved to this post to continue their repartee from the comments section of the post on the Chuck Todd tweet. It's disappointing to see that kind of reasoned argument come to an end.
So no interest in compiling a list of good stuff streaming on Amazon and Netflix? Drats.
Is Barack Obama still in Thahiti and , if so, what is he doing there?
