Said Rand Paul today (on "Fox News Sunday"), explaining why he's going to do a speech at Berkeley next week. That made me think about the time we went to see Ron Paul down at the Memorial Union Terrace here on campus, back in April 2012. He drew a huge, enthusiastic crowd.
