Jimi Hendrix! Saw him in Jacksonville, Florida when he opened for the Monkees. We left right after he finished his opening act. We weren't staying fir the commercial Monkees. Wish I had now but then? No way. Then at the Miami Pop Festival...

Whoops Miami first then the Monkees show. The years have played tricks on my memory. That and the then current Lebanese elephant ear hashish...

Donna B., the grass fed beef was great. The flavor is slightly different, more flavorful. Most importantly, the increase in flavor was that of beef, not grass.

I for one welcome Virginia's new McAuliffe overlords. And maybe 2024 will be his year for the White House, after eight years of Hillary! Heh. Indeed.

Grass fed beef is wonderful- and bison is even better.

@somefeller.. it won't be easy. You and your ilk missed the boat big time in 2008.

Actually, "my ilk" donated and raised a good chunk of change for Hillary in 2008. (Got to meet Terry in those days - fun dude.) My ilk also came over to support Obama, because that's what adult partisans do when the primary is over. But don't worry, we won't need you in 2016, pm. The Democrats won the Presidency without you twice and no one wants a Palin fan in the room.

@somefeller, politics is not about being partisans.. it should be about principles, fairness, justice, it is about intellectual honesty (to at least say that guy is not playing by the rules) and for 2008, it is about how Hillary was treated by your ilk. Never again. In fact, it is a shame that she needs votes from you guys to get elected. I wish, she could say to you and your ilk and the Democratic party to go to hell.

My ilk raised money and caucused for her. And when we lost, we supported the party's nominee. That's what grown-ups do.

I wish, she could say to you and your ilk and the Democratic party to go to hell.

Why would she tell her supporters, who may put her in the White House, to go to hell? Anyway, have fun with the Tea Partiers.

Utah doctor's mistress says she moved into his house 9 days after death of his wife

Published October 29, 2013Associated Press

PROVO, UTAH – The mistress of a Utah doctor accused of killing his wife testified Tuesday that she moved into his house nine days after the death and received a marriage proposal and a $7,000 diamond ring from the defendant within months.

...

Willis smiled before saying she understood that she needed the approval of MacNeill's grown children. Two have testified that they suspected she was a mistress and didn't want her in the house but were overruled by their father.

A drug expert testified last week that Michele MacNeill had four nervous system depressants in her blood that would have had a powerful knockout effect. A cause of death was never established.

Defense lawyers argue she had a heart attack and fell into the tub.

Willis was testifying under a deal with prosecutors that kept her out of jail on identity-theft charges. She was accused of taking the identity of one of MacNeill's adopted daughters to escape a debt-heavy credit history.
