Animate it! It would be cool for a carp to appear and gulp a mouthful of air, revealing we're really looking at a reflection in a poolWoo to the pic.
Reminds me of the neurons in the brain. With their branches touching, communicating. Like the forest is the brain of the world and the sky with its clouds is what it's dreaming of.
"...lying on my back..."Hmm...[Sorry, I'm a thirteen-year-old at heart.]

Trees tie the earth and sky.
The sky setting off dark branches, trees arching on the cold canopy of winter, you are inside a circle of tall trunks of bare oaks and maples, the sky above shot thru with dark limbs. You must be laying back after a long walk. Talking about this and that. No purple in your view, only loving discovery and tenderness.

Unfortunately, I knocked a switch out of kilter on the camera and lost a lot of pics I was hoping would be first rate.
"You have no idea!"I think I recognize that tree.
On your back, in the not unfamiliar, pleasant dampness... The lengths we women are willing to go for just the right shot.Well done, Ann!
