There is is nothing wrong with violating these codes as long as the laws of physics aren't violated. Of course, none of that can be found in any of the evidence presented.
All of this assumes that Trump actually said this. So far in his 4+ years as President suggests at least a 50% chance the "quote" is pure bullshit.

I remember when America was a "country ruled by laws, not men." That suuuuuuuucked. America was a big puddle goat puke. We sucked so so so bad. Now we are a country ruled by MEN (real, men, manly men) like Trump and we are one of the HOTTEST COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD. 🏆

I think we're supposed to automatically believe somebody with a name like James McCrery II, a name that summons images of good breeding and upper crust venues.

Yes, there is a complete lack of specifics, this is a “Trump is a Criminal” article without detailing the murder weapon, so I’ll ignore until they do their job as a reporter.
Not to worry, only Republican presidents in the future are at risk. There will never been another Democrat president. That party is dead, killed by the DSA.
