Deadloch on Netflix. No holds barred humor in the model of Strangers With Candy or Black Books, only twice as over the top by the second season. And crocodiles, not alligators. The most seemingly politically correct show that you will love, because it intentionally deflates political correctness more than endorses it. A few bad guys are still white guys, but only to the silly excess of James Bond villains. Unless you are from Tasmania or Australia, you will need footnotes in English. Also, "black" there means indigenous.

I deny the allegations and I demand to confront the alligator! CC, JSM

Yes, I remember in Once Were Warriors, the Maori keep calling each other "bleck besterds." CC, JSM
