I can see that video being effective with some Americans. Our educational system has churned out millions of people incapable of forming or understanding or even recognizing an argument. Many of the ones who went on to college also hate America and revel in its supposed atrocities.

I suspect there may be two (certainly more, but 2 generally) factions at play on the Iran side. One the US is negotiating with and another that controls the military that is negotiating (or sending out demands) via social media. I’m hopeful for a ceasefire that reopens regional trade, but I think Iran (the faction we are hearing in social media), like Hamas they funded, will make demands that are only rational if you believe you’ll ultimately prevail.

If by cleanly you mean as regards Irani casualties, the supplies that a Russian-equipped army without aircover will need most are body bags. There will be nothing clean about it. Remember Desert Storm in 1991? The air campaign to attrite the 43 divisions composed of 500,000 Iraqi troops dug in on the Eastern half of Kuwait and to destroy their air power started on 16 January. The ground offensive started on 24 February. The war ended on 28 February. We went through the Iraqi army like shit through a goose. It looked pretty clean from my perspective on USS Midway.
Some people think it is premature to use the term "quagmire". When the history of this war is finally written, I suspect the word "quagmire" will be considered an understatement. The direction of travel in terms of economic costs, U.S. diplomatic and alliance structure, ability to project power outside of the Middle East, are all trending downward fast at a rate that is unprecedented for the U.S.
The fact that Trump is asking for a $200 billion emergency supplemental less than a month into this war, at a time when the U.S. already has a $1.5 trillion military budget, is incredibly suggestive about the economic waste involved with this incredibly misguided, illegal war. The economic costs are just one aspect of this whole mess, but it is one that is incredibly important for the U.S.'s ability to project power globally and maintain stability domestically. The fact that this war was initiated without any real buy-in from the American public (deep skepticism, to put it mildly), also means that the level of pain tolerance is going to be low. It is a war of choice, not national survival.
The cost of this war in terms of domestic economic damage is not even beginning to register in the U.S. As far as a social experiment is concerned, it is going to be interesting to see how the American public responds to $8 a gallon gasoline and accelerating rates of inflation in the months ahead. The social contract in the U.S. holds together to some degree based on the idea that things will only get worse slowly for a majority of the population. Seeing that happening in real time at an accelerating rate, especially at a time of unprecedented looting of the economy by the super-rich, with the stupidest man on the face of the earth occupying the presidency being advised by an administration of sycophants, is going to be interesting to say the least.

It wasn't. That post was published on 3/19, well before the Iran video came out. I linked it as related to this general topic, not as a direct reaction to the propaganda video.
Ignore that Iran already has a missile that will reach Europe; Ignore the fact that they have been saying they intend to destroy the US - and BTW any other moderately Christian nation - as soon as they have a nuke. Ignore that the entire middle east has finally seen the light re the Irananian threat. Will the IRGC quit? Probably not because they don't really care what happens to the Iranian people.
Remember these were Trump's objectives when this thing started: “Our objectives are clear. I've read that the IRGC has captured nearly half of Iran's GDP, and I would guess that much of this lies in petroleum exports and black market activities. If their movements are now severely curtailed, and if, say, Kharg Island was to be seized in order to secure the Strait of Hormuz, then what else would be required to starve their revenue stream?

And we certainly haven't achieved them yet: They are still firing missiles, and if we leave the current regime in power we will not have prevented them from ever obtaining a nuclear weapon, especially if we haven't somehow managed to seize the enriched uranium that they have stockpiled.

Republican legislators have two great fears, MAGA fear and midterm fear. MAGA fear is absolute, if they break with the Dear Leader, they will be labelled a traitor and lose in the primaries, if they kowtow to Trump, there's an off chance they can keep their seats. So this is their Scylla and Charybdis.
All the claims of "temporary" price increases are just eyewash given the deep hole Trump and Bibi have dug. Imagine how Trump will somehow placate the Iranians, restrain Bibi, and restore some modicum of order in the Middle East. If he can pull this one off he is the master of the con. But I highly doubt this will take place. The most likely outcome....months of this "fake news" from Trump, and constant uncertainty in the Middle East. Then an atomic midterm. Trump will soon be the lamest duck that ever flew over DC.
