Why do you so love effeminate men, ann?
Cuz they'll play in the snow with you, or are non challenging? Did your daddy sound like that?
Real men don't cheer the killing of women and children...
Maybe you best stay put in liberal Madison where your types are safe, afterall.
I like that idea, you get to make the rules and all that. Fun even as a professional exercise for him…
…there was a movie with Billy Crystal teaching a creative writing class, helping students write their books. One of the students was an old guy writing a book of the names of women he met and wanted to sleep with. Sedaris thing reminds me of that…
Looks good for 69. Had to look up who Kirien Caulking was.
I'm a fan of his sister, but I guess that's just me.
I like the outfit but what an unusual shirt he’s wearing. It’s a gray striped shirt (great choice) but with a bias-cut triangular piece that seems to be hanging from the collar. Looks a bit like a bib - which is a thing but I’ve never seen one like that. Maybe it got detached, but looks intentional. Anyway, a very well dressed guy.
@ Eva Marie I’m sure it’s intentional. He’s written extensively about shopping for clothes in Japan and shops that specifically have the parts of the clothing attached in odd ways like a sleeve coming out the back or something of that kind.
Interesting voice. Woody Allen verging on Truman Capote.
Uncanny resemblance to the late, great Scott. Is it AI or AI?
Great Scott! Sedaris beard a striking resemblance to the late, great Adams.
Gosh. It has been a decade since I gave up and turned off NPR for the last time. Yet hearing his voice, it is Christmas in my house and he is saying "little elf! little elf!"
His books are so poignant - sadness residing just beneath the humor.
