Its faculty/alumni board of directors got wind and forbad publication. The Review went ahead and published it online. So the board shut down the Review website. Of course the article can still be accessed elsewhere (I found it), and will surely gain a wider readership and attention than had the board done nothing. Few read law review articles, after all.
