This is a really cool trend for SF. I hate to tell people and let my IP go, but. A novel about the US where they identify a cool problem and create a solution that later kills millions. One thing about discovering the work of artists you are barely acquainted with is that you discover what you like rather than what the artist's fans like. Coming in cold to an album via streaming music a decade later means that you make your own choices. I had liked a song that Aimee Mann ('Til Tuesday singer from the 1980s) sang on Susanna Hoffs' album Bright Lights last year, so it's not surprising that some of her songs started to pop up on Discovery Mixes, and this was one of them. Of the other eleven songs on the album, every single one was more popular with her listeners than this one, but it appealed to me. Go figure! The album is described as pop-rock, but this is probably the most 'rock' song. There's a lot going on besides the snarling guitars.

Molly Tuttle... I used to be a big bluegrass fan (30 years ago or so...), and she sounds good (I didn't listen long.). But I'd say that the breasts are a big part of the improvement. None of the bands I used to listen to had any breasts worth mentioning.
