Depp was testifying about photograph that showed him "'passed out' on a couch in Boston with his lap covered in ice cream. "He claimed Heard gave him the pint of ice cream because she 'knew' he would fall asleep with it.... 'That was a wonderful picture for her to take.'"

The photo of Depp with Ice Cream looks like an installation for an exhibit at MOMA. It could be entitled, "Deep Depp Dreaming".

The Post is doing the headline wrong. Those are descriptions of 2 different photographs. In one, he is asleep/passed out, with melted ice cream spilling over his lap and one hand in his pocket. In another, items shown on a table include lines of white powder.
The weird thing is that — as he claims — he brought the lawsuit to clear his reputation. The idea seems to be I have done all these awful things, but I never hit a lady.

I think in his world those other awful things aren't so awful and are quite common.
We, the general public, ought to be able to appeal the divorce and force Amber and Johnny to stay together, in the hope that those two wonderful kids will work everything out someday, and in order that they not make anyone else's life miserable, and for our own frigging amusement.
Heard was arrested for striking her gal in a Seattle airport prior to Depp.
The ex claims it was all a misunderstanding and that the two are friends now.
The little I've seen of her in the proceedings, she looks either stone faced or fidgety. But then, living with Depp's laborious ponderings likely didn't help.
