So challenge to all the other leftists here (Readering has already proven he can't answer it, I bet the same will be true for all of you):

Provide a plausible legitimate justification for why PA Democrats are suing to overturn the court decision affirming that Republicans must be allowed to observe the count as established by long standing law.

This shouldn't be so fucking hard, yet for some reason, you all seem to have nothing.

Qwinn म्हणाले...

Failure to provide any egitimate justification implicitly concedes that the motive for that lawsuit is (as is obvious) an illegitimate effort to conceal voter fraud.

Question for the lawyers and law profs here: since the issue of court packing is likely to not go away anytime soon, especially if the Dems win the GA runoff elections, what power does SCOTUS have to resist any packing attempts? For example, could the court respond to any vote to expand it by imposing a rule that only the Chief Justice and the eight senior associate justices vote on cases, with the rest of the court serving in an advisory capacity, replacing one of the nine votes when needed, and performing duties related to the circuit courts?

mandrewa म्हणाले...

Scott Adams: Extraordinary statistical evidence for vote fraud

I agree with him. The question is does this matter for the courts? Will the courts let math influence their rulings?

Another question, which has been on my mind, is what was the actual real vote? There are certain kinds of vote fraud that we cannot detect, but there are still many others that you can kind of see in the data.

How much did Trump actually win by, if we remove all of the votes where there is clear statistically evidence that they were fabricated?

And here's another question I wonder about. I'm not sure it matters, but maybe it does. What percent of the black population actually voted for Biden-Harris, when we take out the invented votes?

I rarely listen to NPR since the local public radio station replaced their classical music programming with leftists talking to other leftists; but today I happened upon the station as they were doing some election analysis, and some guy who sounded like a stereotypical soyboy was gushing with almost schoolgirl giddiness about how Biden's victory means a real Renaissance in the federal government. I thought: Behold--the perfect serf.

boatbuilder म्हणाले...

When I was told by my local news radio station that Biden had been declared president, I thought it was BS but I assumed that the PA Secretary of State had made some sort of announcement, or the Supreme Court had preemptively rejected Trumps challenges, or something substantive.
I went out and played golf.
It is possible that I am mistaken and I missed something; however it appears that the “declaration” that Biden is president is nothing more than the media deciding that they think Biden has the votes.
And we are supposed to accept that? Really.

Political Junkie म्हणाले...

Out of 36 TX congressional districts, all but one are called.
The one remaining is district 24, where (R) Beth Van Duyne leads (D) Candace Valenzuela by 4600 votes with 100% of the vote counted.
I wondered why the race had not been called/conceded, and while doing a morning power walk generated this guesstimate.
John Cornyn is 68 and this could be his last term.
Ted Cruz might not run again if he runs for president or vice president.
Beth Van Duyne could be the next TX senator.
She was mayor of Irving, TX during the "Muslim clock boy" incident, and like Clint Eastwood, ran for local office after disagreements/frustrations with Irving elected officials and bureaucrats.

So, D bigwigs might desire to derail (abort) her political career.

Just one person's guess, but I did call Georgia Pres correctly in an AA post. I hope I am wrong on the Georgia senate races.

Thanks for reading.

I've told the Trump lawyer I'm communicating with that I am willing to have this in my declaration regarding the district for which I was the certified poll watcher:

"Despite in-person voting being overwhelmingly for Donald Trump (over 64%), Joe Biden performed several percentage points higher in the category 'mail in ballots' that he did in the category 'registered Democrats', despite only 66% of mail in ballots having been requested by registered Democrats, based upon publicly available records obtained from Bucks County."

Incidentally, regarding my post at 11:40am, there was not a single Green Party or any other leftist party registration among the analyzed data.

I'll reproduce it here. Can people who suck at math evaluate it and tell me how plausible the indicated result was?

This is how brazen lefties are, that they named their brazen vote stealing software "Dominion".

There will be no answers to that either, I suspect.

Jaq म्हणाले...

"Your failure to do so implicitly concedes that in fact the dems had a plausible legitimate justification for their appeal.”

Yeah, PA courts are all on the up and up.

Michael “Ozzie” Myers was born in 1943 in Philadelphia. When he was 19, he was arrested for burglary but later acquitted (“a misunderstanding,” he’d say). When he was 27, his illegally owned handgun was used by his cousin to kill a non-union construction worker in what one newspaper characterized as “a union quarrel.” His cousin was fine, winning office as an election judge while still in prison, assuming his new office after release, and pleading the Fifth to stealing ballots shortly after taking the job.

“Money talks and bullshit walks.” - Ozzie to the FBI as they were bribing him.

When Ozzie got out, he appears to have gone right back to work, and in July 2020 was charged with bribing a Philadelphia elections judge to stuff ballots for his candidates.

Three of those candidates, who have not been identified, now sit on the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Judges on this court have already denied the Trump campaign’s ballot-watchers access, providing crucial unsupervised time to ward vote counters before a successful appeal at a higher court.

Oh, and let’s talk about the PA Supreme Court:

Ozzie, we’re told, wasn’t even caught as part of an election fraud investigation: He was simply on the trail to John “Johnny Doc” Dougherty, a powerful Philadelphia labor boss who leads the Local 98 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and was indicted in February 2019. Johnny Doc’s younger brother, Judge Kevin Dougherty,” was elected to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in 2015 with help from Local 98.

Just the way steve uhr likes it, where the law is an instrument of personal power. You know, like using the Logan Act against Trump during the transition. I wonder if uhr thinks it’s a Logan Act violation for Biden or his team to talk to foreign governments right now?

Ha ha ha ha ha ha! Of course not, the law is an instrument of personal power for Democrats and Biden is a Democrat, so he is protected from such an absurd legal position that is ony ever valid when used against a Republican!

Jaq म्हणाले...

I like the part about how three judges who got their position by bribing election officials remain unnamed and in office and potentially are the ones ruling on these issues.

Government by the corrupt, for the corrupt, and there are always useful idiots to justify it.

George W Bush is calling on Trump to concede, Cheney is advising Biden, and the AFP says that the US is going back into the business of deciding borders in the middle east.

We will need to, once Biden shuts down our energy independence, we will have to fight for that oil again if it gets cut off. Who benefits most from a Biden Administration? Putin and the Saudis.

Qwinn म्हणाले...

"I would be glad to take you up on your offer if you care to provide a link to the appeal brief for my review. Your failure to do so implicitly concedes that in fact the dems had a plausible legitimate justification for their appeal. "

Oh bullshit. I don't have a link to the appeal. But it's irrelevant. I'm not asking for a *legal* justification. I'm asking for an ethical one. What ethical, legitimate reason could there possibly be to argue that Republicans should not be allowed to witness the vote count?

If you require reading the appeal because you, yourself, can't come up with *any* plausible ethical reason, then you're not worth engaging with, since you obviously can't think for yourself.

And everything is done by machine except for taking the ballot out of the inner and outer envelops (which are both opened by machine). So all you need to watch for is someone opening a ballot and taking a pen to fill in for POTUS (or other position), or someone opening a ballot and tossing it in their pants (Berger style) or somewhere else if they don’t like the way it was voted. None of this observation requires being super close.

AOC reveals ‘authoritarian fascist instincts’ after calls for a list of Trump ‘sycophants’

And let's be honest, it is not just AOC that thinks this way. It is something like 20 to 30% of the population that thinks this way. And then there is another huge segment of the population that although don't agree with these ideas, they will not lift a finger for the people who are being persecuted by the AOC types.

And let's be honest, this is not new. Look at our universities! Look at the University of Wisconsin. It didn't just happen that there are almost no publicly acknowledged right-wing people teaching at the University of Wisconsin. It was exactly AOC's kind of thinking that produced this situation, where non-left wing viewpoints have been purged from the universities.

The left tells itself, like it always does, some silly, stupid fantasy that they are the bright and intelligent and knowledgeable people, and that it is perfectly reasonable that only they should be represented at our universities and half the population should be left out. That is nonsense. There are, I believe, real and fundamental differences between people who are attracted to the left and the right, but the difference is not intelligence.

Benford's Law -- How mathematics can detect fraud!

The video was produced nine years ago. And it is hard to follow. But this is real math. This is a real probability distribution that a certain class of numbers, like voting, obeys. Vote counts will follow this if the vote counting was legitimate. And most people have no clue that this is the case! So if someone is making up numbers, and they don't know this, they will invent numbers (vote counts) that disobey Benford's Law.

Now unfortunately Benford's Law can not tell you which particular numbers are fake, but they can tell that a set of numbers is fake -- such as successive votes counts from a particular polling station in Wisconsin.

It can also suggest which communities were probably doing an honest vote count. It's not a hundred percent for sure, because there are still ways to commit vote fraud and at the same time obey Benford's Law. But if the successive vote counts in a particular community do not obey Benford's Law, then that means with very high odds that there was vote fraud in that community and probably it was committed at the poll station itself.

Sorry, Qwinn, this is not at all clear. If you have the numbers, include them all. Are you trying to say that registered Democrats were more likely to vote for Biden if they mailed their ballots than if they voted in person? Even if you can prove that, I can think of explanations besides fraud.

Hell, I'm a registered Democrat. Oregon has had vote-by mail for years, and I realized that when the Democrat at the courthouse looks at your "secrecy envelope", he's comparing your signature to the one on your voter registration. Which is right next to your party affiliation. I suspect that Democrat signatures have a higher match rate than Republican.

And BTW, only one Republican has won a statewide office since we got vote-by-mail, and he was running against that Left Fascist Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian, who got his jollies torturing Christians for not baking lesbian wedding cakes. Here for ya, buddy!

Qwinn म्हणाले...

Jupiter, sorry. I'll try to clarify. In in-person voting, there were 230 Democrat voters, and Biden got only 175 votes. The absolute maximum support Biden got from in person registered Democrats was 76%, and that requires the assumption that not a single Republican or non-affiliated voter voted for Biden. If any did, Biden's support from registered Democrats was even lower.

Biden got over 78% of the vote from mail in ballots, despite the fact that only 66% of mail in ballots were from registered Democrats. He got over 78% despite the fact that that pool of voters included a lot of Republicans and NF voters.

So Biden did substantially better among the category "mail in ballots" than the category "registered Democrats", despite only 66% of mail in ballots being from Democrats.

Is that even remotely plausible? That he would do better in a pool of voters that was only 66% Democrat than in a pool that was 100% Democrat?

I'm Not Sure म्हणाले...

"Is that even remotely plausible? That he would do better in a pool of voters that was only 66% Democrat than in a pool that was 100% Democrat?"

Jupiter म्हणाले...

"Is that even remotely plausible? That he would do better in a pool of voters that was only 66% Democrat than in a pool that was 100% Democrat?"

To make the comparison, one needs to know
a) the fraction of mail-in that were Democrat - 66%
b) the fraction of mail-in that voted Biden - "over 78%"
c) The fraction of in-person that were Democrat - 230/????
d) the fraction of in-person that voted Biden - 175/????

In any case, it certainly sounds fishy, but beyond plausibility? Multiply by 10,000, yes. But small groups have strange statistics, and mail-in voters are different than walk-in voters. I'm not saying it wasn't fraud, but it isn't bulletproof evidence of fraud.

Jupiter म्हणाले...

"Jupiter comes out as a registered Democrat!"

Being a registered Republican in Western Oregon means being effectively disenfranchised. As a Democrat, I get to vote in their primary (Bernie). I also have the pleasure of having my vote harvested by the local Democrat machine. And as I mentioned, I believe it is more likely to be counted.
