I don't believe there is any law requiring you to keep this in your front pocket, but I can't speak to the legislation in your town, county, state, or country. I was once arrested for wearing socks on my hands, but after a lengthy court battle, my lawyer got the charges reduced to "Aggravated Puppetry." If your judicial system is rigid about following the suggested use for various products, then I wouldn't risk it. A $10 wallet isn't worth the risk of possible jail time. Just keep that bad boy in your front pocket, and don't try to get creative.

Shopping for a wallet?
I'm looking at the Buffway Slim Minimalist Front Pocket RFID Blocking Leather Wallets for Men & Women. Lots of colors. Amazingly cheap. But maybe you're wondering "Does it have to be used as a front pocket wallet?" That question is asked and answered in the Q&A section at the link:

Why do you care about blocking RFID?
Is that some advanced moderator function?

I roll my cash up long ways in a big thick roll, and keep the roll in the front of my underwear. I do a lot of cash transactions so you probably have some cash I once had. Enjoy.
LOL. I've been using a Coach minimalist wallet/card holder for years now, along with a separate money clip for cash. I use my front pockets of course, since I don't want to break any laws!
That Buffway wallet is an incredible deal given a Coach wallet will retail for $60+ and does not have the RFID blocking feature.
I wonder how many criminals have been thwarted by RFID-blocking wallets?
Nice... added to holiday list.
Your post on slim minimalist Buffy was way better than this one on slim minimalist Buffway.
And I'm pretty sure Sarah Michelle could block the hell out of an RFID if she wanted to.
Amazon's self-delivery service has arrive before 11pm tag on it. I'm not sure they've thought this through. If you deliver for all three shifts you need only 1/3 the number of vehicles; that part works.

I'm not sure why Ann would care, but I'm looking into getting a wallet.
I belong to a group of writers who held a convention in Las Vegas recently. One of them reported his debit card was hacked. He hadn't used it at all, but apparently he was walking down the street and a thief with a scanning device was able to read his card while it was in his wallet.
I've been using a front pocket wallet for about 10 years. Love it. 8 to 9 cards and cash. Works in jeans of course. Also works in dress pants. Not bulky, or noticeable.
I keep a full size wallet for all the other cards, check book and mad money stash. Its the only way to go

How many for the others?
I use something like this product to hold all my cards. I keep it always in the front pocket (lol) but it’s moreso because I feel more comfortable having it there rather than my back pocket where I feel it might be easier to steal because I might be less aware of it. When I carry cash, I carry it loosely in my front pocket as well.
I’ve had about two of these in my life, and my current one is a bit worse for wear. I might just have to trade up soon. My concern about this particular product is that it may be too bulky still for my tastes.
My doctor advised me a while back to quit putting my wallet in a back pocket. Apparently my sciatic nerve runs through a muscle there and get additional aggrevation with the pressure. Front pocket seems to work but the evidence is anecdotal.
