I love the color, which is technically referred to as "blue."

I would like to repeat post something I wrote towards the end of a previous blog. It seems important to talk about. Read up on John P. Carlin, the young DOJ Assistant Director in the National Security Division. Why did he resign after failing to contradict Adm. Mike Rogers (NSA Director) FISA 702 surveillance review?

Why did Trump move his transition out of Trump Tower the day after Adm. Rogers visited him? Hint: It was because Rogers told him that his group was being surveilled through improper FISA warrants and the Obama group misuse of unmasking. James Clapper wanted Rogers fired because he did not get his permission to visit Trump. There are many more conspirators.

Just to make it juicy, guess what job Carlin had before going to DOJ.

Wait for it ...

... He was chief of Staff for the FBI Director who was ...

This is unbelievable ...

Robert Mueller!

It appears the new outrage this week is 3D printed guns. This is just getting ridiculous. There just has to be one outrage after another. Oh, and I see Chuck Schumer and the Dems are going after Trump for proposing to offer new health insurance plans that people might actually want and can afford. Oh, the horrors!

"Oh, and I see Chuck Schumer and the Dems are going after Trump for proposing to offer new health insurance plans that people might actually want and can afford."

I think it'd be best if we had short term plans. And then, when something bad happens the companies can drop the ill person. And, then that person (e.g. Bag who racked up well over half a million in care over a handful of years, according to him) can be charged appropriately for the risk they represent when it comes to re-up. Perhaps $20,000 per month. Or more.

At a minimum, folks should be able to buy cheap plans that don't have minimum requirements of coverage. Presumably a plan that essentially only covered paper cuts and limp dicks would be cheap. And popular, w/ many of the otherwise healthy golden years dudes around these threads.

And, if something more expensive happens to them, they'll have Medicare-for-some.

tcrosse म्हणाले...

Not much meat on them when you dress them out.

Sprezzatura म्हणाले...

BTW,

If any of y'all are whining, like Bag, about the cost increases of the plans last year, don't buy silver (unless you can get a subside, but even then the subside buys, relatively, more w/ the other plans).

When the DJT Feds axed the assistance that states were getting, many of the states and the ins cos decided to include all/most of the costs of compensating for this (and all normal inflationary increases) in only the so-called silver plans.

This is because the law bumps up the normal-person subsidies (not the ones for poor folks, that DJT killed) based on the bump in the cost of the silver plans, not the other plans' prices.

There was a term for this. I don't remember it. Something like 'silver spiking.'

Anywho, that's why the silver plans had massive increases. But, the others didn't.

Yur welcome.

P.S.
I think almost all people don't think about politics enough. Especially the sorta folks who write tribal talking points in these threads.

This is the socially progressive century of abortion rites for lives deemed unworthy, casting couches a.k.a. friendships with "benefits" (one contract short of polygamy), sexualized children target for transgender corruption and conversion, and a trillion dollar industry to subsidize socially liberal orientations.

The subsidies were short-term and unsustainable redistribution from Medicare funds in order to create an illusion of viability. It was a successful campaign in the press. Unfortunately, Obamacare created a burden for people at the threshold (i.e. lower middle-class families) and others who did not qualify, and fell materially short of universal coverage but at a progressive cost a la education. Insurance was already a regulated industry with profit caps. The problem is costs and the solution is not single-payer.

Michael K म्हणाले...

PB&J, you are an idiot and don't understand health care.

What is needed is catastrophic insurance and a cash (or IRA) plan for primary care. It would cut costs by about 30 to 50%

Most primary care docs have an overhead of about 60 to 70%. Surgeons about 30%.

Eliminating the interminable claims for small items like office visits would be a huge discount. Insurance companies, which wrote Obamacare, would hate it. They have other lines of business.

Are you really this ignorant ?

This is why the hospitals made a mistake going all in for Obamacare. They assumed all that overhead. As a result, many are encouraging fraud.

A friend of mine, a gastroenterologist I've known for 30 years, still has his own GI lab and has been busy for all that time. A couple of years ago, after the hospital had bought the big internal medicine groups, the administrators suggested he start using the hospital GI lab for outpatient studies.

It was along the lines of, "Nice little practice you have there...."

Anyway, he agreed to do some GI studies there even though his own lab was just as well equipped.

He told them he wanted to look at some patient records to see what they were doing in that lab.

He said, the charts showed universal excessive lab testing and inflated prices.

Like I say, put a Trump bumper sticker on your car, see what happens:(attempted murder)

BARNSTABLE — A Taunton woman accused of intentionally driving into a man’s car a month ago after becoming enraged by a Trump bumper sticker pleaded not guilty Monday in Barnstable District Court to a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.

Chloe Wright, 25, also faces charges of vandalizing property and leaving the scene of property damage. She was released on $1,250 bail and was ordered to stay away from the victim.

On June 30, a man called Barnstable police to report a hit-and-run crash. He told responding officers he had been driving south on Bearses Way in Hyannis, and was stopped for a red light at the intersection of Route 28 when the driver of the car behind him began honking the horn, according to a police report.

The man continued driving onto Bassett Lane and the car followed, with the driver still honking, the man told police, according to the report. When he stopped again for a red light at the intersection with North Street, the driver also began yelling, the man said.

Thinking that something might be wrong with the back of his car, the man stepped out into the road. The driver began yelling at him about a Donald Trump bumper sticker on the back of his car, he told police.

“She said, ‘You voted for Trump?’” the man wrote in a statement. “I said yes. She called me a racist and several other names.”

As the man began recording the incident on his phone, the woman drove around his car, prompting him to step back into the driver’s side door opening, he told police, according to the report. The woman then drove at him and hit the open door, he said, according to the report.

“She bent my door and I had to lean back to avoid getting hit,” the man wrote. “She also hit the side of my car.”

The woman drove away down North Street, the man told police.

The man’s recording of the incident shows the woman’s car, a gray Honda Civic, drive around his car and hit the open driver’s-side door, according to the report. A statement by the man’s girlfriend, who was in the car with him during the incident, confirmed the man’s account, the report says.

The video showed the license plate number of the Civic, which police traced to Wright, the report says. The victim identified a license photo of Wright as the woman who had hit his car, according to the report.

State police stopped and arrested Wright as she was driving in Bourne Monday, after a random check of her license plate revealed an open warrant on the charges.

She’s due back in court Aug. 28 for a pretrial hearing.

Blue dogs are beautiful but unfortunately some suffer from a skin condition which causes hair loss and bacterial infection. It's treatable but not curable, and since it is genetically carried on the gene that codes for the color dilution (blue is a dilution of black, and fawn is a dilution of brown), in some breeds the reputable breeders are trying to keep those colors disqualified from the breed standard.

Michael K म्हणाले...

There is an argument among weimariner breeders about the blue color but mine never had a problem.
