Looks like somebody will be attending an execution. Their own!

Cut off, his drawing hand will be.

The Ministry of Education is getting photos from the internet instead of paying to use legitimate ones. Is this because they don't have the money or because someone is pocketing it?

MadisonMan म्हणाले...

Wouldn't it be refreshing if the King laughed at this, and encouraged the Ministry to keep it?

Breezy म्हणाले...

Wut? Yoda wasn't there?

Paul म्हणाले...

"Off with their heads", said the King!

Narayanan म्हणाले...

Photo of 'Founder' of kingdom.

May as well place Yoda in Philly in 1776.

Narayanan म्हणाले...

It seems Yoda translate as Forrest Gump in Arabic.

Michelle Dulak Thomson म्हणाले...

Anyone else reminded of the "Bert Is Evil" image of Osama bin Laden next to Bert that found its way onto so many protest posters after 9/11?

I had to stop laughing and wipe away my tears before sending off the link to family and friends. That's the funniest thing I've seen in years.

Creepy, it would be. Dead, he is.

They got it mixed up with one where the King was beside Carlos Romulo (Filipino diplomat and statesman, once President of the UN General Assembly). An honest mistake.

Virgil Hilts म्हणाले...

Michelle Dulak Thomson - I also thought immediately of Evil Bert. The multiple links between the leftist entertainment media and the Saudis continue to disturb

buwaya म्हणाले...

It seems the picture actually is of then-Prince Faisal at the UN in 1949 - and Carlos Romulo was the President of the General Assembly at the time. So it is likely authentic and not manipulated.

False alarm.

Isn't Yoda a Jewish name??

First Kim Jong-Un and now Yoda.... This is a great day.

Clark म्हणाले...

My first reaction was how could something like this happen? Then I remembered from my law review days that we would occasionally slip a joke into an article when it was in production. But—as far as I know—we always got it out before it went to publication.

अनामित म्हणाले...

Great. @ Hoodlum I told you today was another day!

Sam L. म्हणाले...

Cool, that is.

Quaestor म्हणाले...

The black-and-white photograph of Faisal and Yoda is the work of a 26-year-old Saudi artist named Abdullah al-Sheri [who] goes by the nickname Shaweesh.

The vorpal blade went shaweesh!

The vorpal blade went shaweesh!

LOL.

D 2 म्हणाले...

Could have been worse. Could have been Miss Piggy. I presume Yoda is halal.

Howard म्हणाले...

Yoda clearly is an Ashkenazi Jew, making him more Hillel than Halal

Lucien म्हणाले...

I thought vorpal blades went snickersnack. Shaweesh could be a mistranslation of Schwinggg! ("The dogma speeaks loudly in this one", said Yoda.)
