"Seven people are feared dead after three men with 12-inch hunting knives reportedly stabbed pedestrians after mowing down up to 20 people with a white van on London Bridge."

"The men, described as being 'of Mediterranean origin', reportedly jumped out of the van and began 'randomly stabbing people' along Borough High Street in central London at 10pm. The car, believed to be a B&Q vehicle, reportedly veered in an 'S shape' at 50mph across the bridge and has driven towards the Shard and is south of the river.... One woman said she saw three people with what appeared to be their throats cut on London Bridge amid reports that at least seven people have been stabbed, leaving bodies 'strewn' on the road in central London...."

Unlike the knifer in Portland, none of these people will turn out to be named Christian.

Limiting these killers to knives rather than more effective killing weapons is good. But, there could be a higher level of terror with these more rudimentary weapons. In some ways, terror seems inverse to the lethality of the weapons used. E.g., using water or fire (which are everyday nonlethal things) to drown and burn people to death maxes out on horror, imho.

All politics aside, if someone shows up at your door, asking for shelter, it is important to ask if they want you dead. This seems axiomatic.

But in today's post-modern Topsy-turvey world, just asking the question makes one a racist. Just saying, "Hey, you don't seem to share our values." is a judgement that should never be made. The 60's "I'm Okay, You're Okay" is bearing fruit, as bad ideas always do, eventually.

The tipping point has come and gone. If there hasn't been a meaningful reaction in Europe by now I doubt it's to come. Every institution of state and society is allied with the Muslims against the natives. Apart from being "collateral damage" in mass attacks on infidels, or an extremely rare "backlash" attack, the Muslims have nothing to fear. The only people who have been, are, and will be "looking for a new home" are the native Europeans.

Sure, it sounds far fetched when ya say it that way.

Instead say "tax cuts for the job creators," that's what solves all problems (especially when combined w/ deregulating environmental, safety and employee benefit burdens that harm the job creators). Also, secondarily, it's important to avoid the wrath of the big guy upstairs by not letting homos and such run amok.

The image of some Muslim sack of filth stabbing an innocent woman to death in the service of his death cult doesn't bother them, because they don't connect it to their own lives. People who say that they want Islam to have a Reformation really mean that they want Islam to resemble modern Western Christianity.
Ain't gonna happen. We got modernism largely because the Catholics and the Reformers had turned Europe into an abattoir. Philosophy based on theology resulted in piles of bodies with no gain in human knowledge.
The Thirty Years War:

During the war, Germany's population was reduced by 30 percent on average; in the territory of Brandenburg, the losses had amounted to half, while in some areas an estimated two thirds of the population died. Germany’s male population was reduced by almost half. The population of the Czech lands declined by a third. The Swedish armies alone destroyed 2,000 castles, 18,000 villages and 1,500 towns in Germany, one-third of all German towns.

http://www.newworldencyclopedia.org/entry/Thirty_Years%E2%80%99_War

A reform movement in Islam would pit modernism against fundamentalism, with the victorious philosophy being something as different from modernism and fundamentalism as modernism is different from Catholicism and Protestantism. The only bits of Protestantism kept by modernism are beliefs in predestination and the all-powerful, unknowable nature of our creator.

OK. Since the left seems fine about not talking about the 3000 people who were burned alive in their places of work om 9/11/2001. Even in Peaceful beta male Britain there will be a reaction. You notice this happened in London and not Glasgow, or some London suburb where the ,as Gherie put it, the yobs outnumber the muslims.
We, the civilized west , have a moral duty to protect ourselves. Personally , I would much rather just not have them here in the first place. As I mentioned before; make admittance to a western country a privilege that must be earned. And by 'earned' I mean suppressing those homicidal urges that Islam seems to foster.
We as nation are under no moral obligation to accept them.

A few years ago, I was detained at Stansted airport by the British (privatized) immigration service. I arrived from Barcelona and showed my Israeli passport. I had not eaten in 24 hours so was going into diabetic hypoglycemia. A bit confused, I asked the officer if there was a problem with my passport. She wanted to see what other identification I had. She was not satisfied and two other officers escorted me to a holding area where I had to empty the contents of my sack and explain each item.

Why do you have a camera? I'm a photographer. Why do you have a laptop? To process digital images. Why do you have an American passport? I'm an American. Why TWO passports? I'm a dual citizen. What is this bump inside your American passport? A bio-metric chip. Why are you carrying a USCG license and seaman's documents? I'm taking the trans-Channel ferry tonight (a birthday present for my 65th birthday) and hoped to use them for a courtesy tour on the ferry's bridge.

I was fingerprinted for the undesirables file, told I had not present valid identification of national identity, kept in detention over night without food, and placed on a Ryan Air flight back to Barcelona (Ryan Air charged the flight at three times the normal fare using my credit card without my authorization) under guard as an undesirable.

So. This is an example of how the British [privatized] Immigration Service stops and returns foreign threats to their public safety.

Oh yes; Her Majesty's [Privatized] Immigration Service is doing one hell of a job keeping out those persons posing a vital threat to Crown and Civilization.

Doug म्हणाले...

How about this for a non-violent response to Islamic terrorists attacks? Publicly bury all dead jihadis in hog carcasses.

Daniel Jackson म्हणाले...

There is one significant non-violent response to all of these acts: cut all financial support for any agency or quasi government that supports and glorifies people who undertake such actions.

The economic enabling of "freedom fighters" must stop. Cries of "humanitarian crises" must not deter this single act. The hypocrisy of funding the PA, for example, must stop. Full Stop.

The way humanitarian aid transforms into guns, rockets, bomb vests, and substantial family support to those who carry out these missions needs to be exposed clearly and objectively. Only when the EU and the US act unambiguously on the funding issue, will the payola to all these groups dry up the economic capacity to kill people out for a Saturday night walk or exiting a concert stop.
