"Admit It: You People Want To See How Far This Goes, Don’t You?"

An Onion piece from July 2015.
I can tell you’re practically salivating right now. And I’m going to keep riding this fascination, this little fixation you have with me as far as you’ll take me. You know I will....

You know what you have to do to make me go away. Just quit paying attention. Stop reading this right now.

That’s right, I didn’t think so. I have the power to make the next 16 months one of the most incredible times in our nation’s history, and not a single one of you can say you’re not at least a little bit curious to see how this wild ride shakes out...
Oh, yeah, we are curious.

HP mad a decision from the get-go to cover Trump as entertainment!

Pretty much the right call, eh.

Who knew that the only honest person in the race would turn out to be a great communicator, until he was tested by rockets red glare and bombs bursting in air from all sides until through through the night, our never surrender Flag Waving Leader was still there.

Now we will see how many brave ones still call this home.

Americans who have suffered because of open borders and free trade got a champion. These people's plight is a worthy cause. So why was Trump dismissed as a racist charlatan by the media? Or worse, an insult comic and a pervert?

It seems to me that Mr. Trump brought something new to the debate, something refreshing and honest about what is driving the exploding inequality all around us. I mean who really wants a political hack in the White House? Especially a women whose husband gets million dollar birthday gifts from Middle East dictators? Does this woman really have a policy to alleviate suffering in our slums and our barrios and our small towns? Can she deliver with open borders and open trade because she is going to win?

There is no way that Donald J. Trump wrote The Onion piece. It doesn't contain, anywhere within it, the reassurance that "you can believe me" and "I am really smart."

As a matter of fact, there are far too few "I" references in this supposed Donnie opinion.

Onion writers have never interviewed anyone ever, before putting tongue-in-cheek, and ripping. Non-Onion writers are not welcome.

That wins the best Althouse comment of all time.

Remember, business man Trump's speech has a signal that a lawyer and an accountant learns to add to a message. He will signal that he is sure of what he said, or that he is guessing but is not sure. He thinks or he gives you surety. It's not bragging, it is delivering some message accurately as possible.

Better than the decision to cover this election like Pravda.

Jesus will forgive you for voting for Hillary. But that is his nature. He forgives rapists and corrupt grifters too.

They are taking down wikileaks now and Twitter went down after #wikileaks2 started trending..

According to Drudge, Trump is outperforming in Florida, North Carolina, and believe it or not, Colorado and New Mexico. If he's ahead in New Mexico then there's something wrong with Wisconsin if you don't go for him. This election is the king size version of Scott Walker vs. John Chisholm.

He's not crazy, he's no jerkier than average - say half the posters here - he has a long string of successes in his background, and he wants to do this job and do it right. He's not crazy, you'd be crazy not to vote for him.

That goes for all of you. He can do this. We can do this! Everybody on the fence needs to get off the fence and vote for Trump. You know it's the right thing to do. I bet Althouse votes for Trump when all is said and done. Meade and his peeps are voting for Trump.

If everybody who wants Hillary to lose votes for Donald Trump tomorrow (or before, however that works), Hillary will lose Big League, bigly, big time, with the white-hot fire of a thousand suns, or other adverb of your choice, but she will lose.

Strike a blow for freedom! Even if you're in a safe state, like CO or NM!, you still have the opportunity to punish her for all her crimes. This is your one chance to do so. Make it count.

And if that's not enough for you, just think of the look on Shiloh's face!

Furthermore, I don't know which way Ann is going to vote. But if she votes for Hillary, and if Hillary Rodham Clinton is elected the next president of the United States, this blog will die. Fast, and hard. That's not a threat, it's a statement of fact.

If she votes for the side of right and virtue, she's okay even if the worst happens and Hillary wins. But we may have to save her from herself. If she voted wrong, the only way it's going to be remotely possible to forgive her is if Trump wins and we can laugh it off as part of her dumb blonde act. If Hillary wins, I don't think we're going to see it as an act.

I think its not healthy to try to imagine Shilohs face.
There are things man was not meant to see.

LaAlthouse will be true to herself, just like the Donald will be true to himself. And that's the way we want it.

But I bet she will never forget Dirty Harry Trump's blowing Scott Walker and the rest of them out of the race.

The blog will necessarily lose some traffic after the election. But if Hillary wins we will not be free to speak anymore. The IRS and much of the federal bureaucracy is weaponized against us and we are confronted daily by authoritarianism and corruption. This will express itself on blogs like this that are driven by community comments rather than content.

Either way after the election we will act according to our situation.

You are just bad at understanding and addressing the paradigm of others. You do not read well and you project your own hopes and wishes to cover what you don't like/understand.

It is part of being stupid.
