"We always imagine eternity as something beyond our conception, something vast, vast! But why must it be vast?"

"Instead of all that, what if it's one little room, like a bath house in the country, beige and sandy and marbles in every corner, and they're racing, and some of the marbles happen to roll faster than others, and that's all eternity is? I sometimes fancy it like that."

Come on! Admit it! You cared! You cared that [SPOILER ALERT} red popped out after that long white lead.

There was no reason to want white to fail other than the very fact that it was winning. Anyone coming from behind — even/especially red, whom you hadn't even noticed — would win cheers.

And of course this Post has nothing to do with Red being the U. of Wisconsin's color and it showing a come from behind victory at the end by Janesville's favorite son. Sure.

I enjoyed it.

What I find interesting is that without the parallel course sections, it appears that none of the balls would have passed any of the other balls once the order was established.

Is this some allegory for the Republican primaries?

And will any of the balls be using the women's bathroom after the contest?

I won $5 on that race!

Left Bank of the Charles म्हणाले...

Red cheated, by exploiting the course to find a shorter path to the nomination.

Not to get all Pathetic Fallacy and all, but that was rather adorable.

Assuming that Hell is other people, sure, Eternity can be a bad YouTube video, why not?
Although the ten hour loops of He-Man singing are even more eternal than this vid.
