"My 10-year-old son said, ‘Daddy, that’s not Grandma’... I said, ‘Yes, that’s what happens'" — that's what happens when a person dies.

But the boy was right. That wasn't Grandma in the casket in Grandma's clothes and jewelry.

After the open-casket funeral, after the kissing of the dead person, after the cremation, the funeral home called to say "That body was not your mother. Your mother is still here."

I wouldn't pay that Funeral Bill.

Leroy McDonald near his Harlem home. A funeral home confused the remains of his mother with those of another woman.

Another case of "they all look alike"?

Corpses, I mean!

Two families are aggrieved.
The funeral home should offer a settlement.

Morticians are incorrigible practical jokers. This one's called 'The Old Toe Tag Switcheroo'

Another one they have is called "Knock Knock". It's really terrible....give you a frickin' heart attack.

OT, but it's For The Children: American College of Pediatricians says:

Gender Ideology Harms Children

The American College of Pediatricians urges educators and legislators to reject all policies that condition children to accept as normal a life of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex. Facts – not ideology – determine reality.

1. Human sexuality is an objective biological binary trait: “XY” and “XX” are genetic markers of health – not genetic markers of a disorder. ...
2. No one is born with a gender. Everyone is born with a biological sex.
...
3. A person’s belief that he or she is something they are not is, at best, a sign of confused thinking.

Etc...

The really nice thing about this, was the woman had a beautiful funeral. She probably got a funeral she could never had afforded, and more visitors at her death than she ever had in life.

Think of all the old ladies who go straight to the crematorium, and no one sees them except the funeral director and the fork-lift driver as they load her into the blast furnace.

Who underwrites an undertaker for mort-mal insurance?

Is injunctive relief possible: maybe an order will issue to decease and desist?

That body *was* her, says science.

The discovery of the mistake came after the funeral.

Oh, I know, but I was thinking of the person who was in the casket. Maybe that was a better funeral than she or her family could have afforded.

I guess I really didn't read the article enough to see if there was more about the woman who was in the casket. I just thought it was neat that she was given a great send-off, even if they never knew her.

So, instead of feeling cheated by the funeral home, they should maybe be grateful that they did do a fine service.

When you're dealing with a city of millions, SNAFU is the guiding word.

What I want to do is put some microchips in my wife and daughters necks, but they don't seem to want to participate. Even if I go first...

But that's the wave of the future. They wave a wand over you and you are allowed to vote, get welfare, etc...

And yet Trump is going to lose to Hillary. He has to lose because the RCC is already busily preparing to make sure that his loss doesn't drag the rest of the party down with it. Trump is going to lose because Hillary is going to become the first Queen of the USA. Everyone in the media knows this. Everyone is walking past the casket and seeing a dead Trump.

Accept maybe Ann. Althouse acts like she's ten years old.
