Reinflating Brady.

That courtroom artist gets another chance to capture the Brady visage.

Looks more like him. But still not really convincing. The nose is wrong. Maybe she wanted to extend it for a Pinocchio type comment.

Is she a reporter or a commentator?

How strange that we still have courtroom sketch artists.

Who wants to bet lunch that sketch-artist Jane Rosenberg is a frumpy, somewhat embittered feminist? The second one of Brady is a bit better, but she should have been fired after that first monstrosity.

Ann Althouse म्हणाले...

I loved the first one.

I still claim to be highly offended. Try harder.

Eric the Fruit Bat म्हणाले...

There's probably a penis hidden somewhere in the second sketch.

Jaq म्हणाले...

I still detect a lack of skill. I am certainly not offended by it, just embarrassed for the artist.

Bob Boyd म्हणाले...

It looks like somebody put the air back in him.

Does Brady only own one suit?

Norm MacDonald on SNL in 1996 as Stan Hooper, police sketch artist who’s not good at drawing hair or eyes:

Mary: Ok. Lets take a look at the composite sketch you drew of the Unabomber.

(Stan brings out the famous sketch of the Unbabomber wearing a hooded sweatshirt, big dark sunglasses and a mustache)

Stan Hooper: (proud) Yeah, there it is.

Mary: Although I´m sure everyone´s familiar with it by now. And here is the picture of Ted Kaczynski, the man the FBI arrested last week. (Mary pulls out an actual mugshot picture of Ted with scraggly hair, a bushy beard and dark penetrating eyes. The sketch and the mugshot don´t look alike at all) Stan, do you think they got the right man?

Stan Hooper: Oh, yeah. That´s him. No doubt about it.

Mary: Well, the evidence certainly points that way. (Mary puts the mugshot picture away) And I noticed in the accounts that I read, that they didn´t find any hooded sweatshirts or sunglasses in Kaczynski's cabin.

Stan Hooper: Well, that doesn´t surprise me at all. Did you know not one eyewitness I interviewed mentioned either a hood or a pair of sunglasses?

right?

At last, the national nightmare of Tom Brady having to not appear beautiful is over.

Another reminder that the Patriots cheat.

Jaq म्हणाले...

I agree with Madison Man, if only some other team, like the Dolphins, had figured out that they could have gone to six Super Bowls and won four of them by taking two lbs of air out of the football!

Jaq म्हणाले...

We used to chant "Cheaters never prosper" at HS football games when the other side would get a penalty.

I guess we were wrong.

Althouse: "I loved the first one."

Sheesh, if she had caricatured say, Robert Griffin III or Marshawn Lynch in a similar monstrous fashion, you'd be out there with the rioters chanting, "Black Sketches Matter!"

Big Mike म्हणाले...

I loved the first one.

@Althouse, you've done an excellent job of demonstrating why people are generally contemptuous of fine arts grads.

As fine arts grads are generally contemptuous of everybody else. Whose contempt is trump here?

Jaq म्हणाले...

The nearest analogue I can come up with to Althouse's fascination with that first picture, given the lack of a "bad art" tag, is to a guy who swears he sees Jesus in the pattern of mold on his basement wall. I just don't believe that the artist has the expressive skill to plant messages like that in their "art."

Though it is good to see that she learned how to draw a shape that can distinguish a chin from the prow of a Russian icebreaker.

Was the first one not intentionally a deflated Brady?

That's disappointing.

To the know-nothing losers crying "Cheatriots!" and "Brady cheated!"-
From the presiding judge hearing the case, questioning the NFL's attorney:

Judge Berman: Do you have any evidence at all of a conspiracy to deflate footballs?
Attorney Nash: No.

Suck it, chumps! The Wells Report discredited itself, Wells lied and discredited himself, the company Exponent, hired to find New England guilty has long been discredited, the league has been caught in numerous lies and leaks throughout this entire imbroglio, and Goodell lied and misrepresented Brady's testimony in his appeal ruling. The way that you fools can just ignore not only the league and Goodell's history of bogus "investigations" and serially mishandled judgments and punishments, but the open-to-the-public facts and information about this specific case which exonerate New England and Brady, show you all to be willfully blinded by jealousy and hatred. Screw you, tools. Brady's gonna play every game this year and New England is going to rain down hellfire and blowouts on all your candy-ass franchises. 16-0, again!
