This is nothing compared to what I've seen in my days.
A woman on an engine of a care. A boy holding himself over the tire, contorting his body over the wheel as the vehicle drives down the road. A man shoved into a leather seat to make it look like it was an empty leather seat, people in gasoline tanks, dash boards, etc.
Fortunately, I've never had to pull out a dead person in my day. Others have.

It's part of a vast slow-motion invasion and subjugation of Europe by Islam. These border-crossers are merely foot soldiers in a larger army of Allah. The "faithful" tried it before back in the 8th century, and got their asses kicked by the Franks at Tours. This time they'll succeed unless Europe gets its act together very quickly.
So is it Spain or Morocco that is terrible?
