They managed to find 80 pounds of pot, and lots of money. I have to believe a good attorney could have kept him out of jail.

Yup. A fake headline, since growing plants isn't a "Breaking Bad" drug lab, by any means.

Perhaps they would get more clicks with something like "Nuclear Powered Drug Lab With Poison", which might be more accurate since they *might* get some power from nuclear power plants. Maybe. And something might be poisonous, soap perhaps.

An anonymous source told the paper that the environmental offense warrants were simply used to get into the building.

They always lie.
