A pack. Not THE pack.

A very blue state super bowl. Seattle and New England! Go Boston!

"A very blue state super bowl"

As some commenters here like to note Seattle is full of lib losers.

For such a low population area, we seem to be doing our part for capitalism. Like Nordstrom, Costco, Starbucks, Microsoft, REI, Amazon, Filson, Cutter & Buck, Real Networks, and a bunch of biotech.

Yes, the official headquarters of Boeing is now Chicago, but they still manufacture all over this area. And, we did snag Cray's headquarters from WI, so y'all live in your own proverbial glass house.

Not to mention that an unemployment rate with a 4% handle isn't so bad.

Just sayin.

A blue city Super Bowl.

What is our man Richard Sherman's condition? Tom Terrific needs to know which side of the field, he can throw to.

Titus is right. This NFL, which refused Limbaugh ownership because they claim and feel Limbaugh is a bigot, is all blue.

Wake up fools.

Let the players jump and run, Americans have concerns.

If you think America has problems yet expend emotion on a ball, fuck off.

And you wife beaters better
Watch more cause they got lessons for you.

The NFL is not opposite the NHL, but Ray Lewis would have had a broken neck in the NHL.
Not TV spots. A hero like that breads reasons for Planned Parenthood to murder soon-to-be babies.

I was rooting for GB today, almost entirely because it is Ann's team.

Lil bitch Ray ray needs his cunts with guns yo.

So do I Ray, be approaching.

No need for hoofing bitch battle lost.

Jaq म्हणाले...

I never understood all this "Blue City/Red City" nonsense about sports.

Why do we let them divide us like that?

Guildofcannonballs म्हणाले...

You gave up on the NBA, and now I declare you shall give up on the NFL.

Mind control is a price to pay for pussy, not for sport.

Michael K म्हणाले...

But not the Packers. Bostick is in therapy by now.

अनामित म्हणाले...

Does this mean the city-owned Packers aren't Heroes of Socialist Football any more?

Frustrating loss for the Packers. A season bookended by road losses at Seattle. Rodgers injury hampered his effectiveness, much like Manning's last week.

Brady and Belichick breathe easier since they won't face Eli Manning and The Giants again in The Super Bowl.

David म्हणाले...

Not a born killer among them, unfortunately. The Pack needed some wolves.

It's a short trip from R-E-L-A-X to R-E-L-O-A-D.

Get the domestic violence hotlines prepared for the rush! Mika asserts that wife-beating spikes during the big game.

First we have to survive the MLK rioting, er, civil disobedience, er, protests, er. peaceful marches.

I you need either duct tape to garden hose you'll have to cross the border to Illinois.

I heard that John Kerry and James Taylor flew back with the Pack from Seattle.

Mental mistakes cost the Packer's the game. By the head coach, on several over-cautious occasions, and by at least two of the players (Burnett and Bostick).

Thinking with situational contextual awareness, folks. There is no substitute for that. In football or in life.

Phil 314 म्हणाले...

furious,
My thoughts exactly. Wisconsin needs a hug.

SomeoneHasToSayIt म्हणाले...

I think I know how to fix Packers.

McCarthy needs to give up play calling. He is so focused the entire game on 'the next play', down, distance, run/pass mix - in other words, 'the trees' - that he misses the critical 'forest'. The macro ebb and flow of the game, what sort of aggressiveness is called for, or not. He just flat out misses it.

Look at Pete Carroll and Bill Belichek. You don't see their noses in the playbook the whole game, and so they have a better feel for how the game is going.

You can lay the blame for Packer loss directly at the feet of the coach. On the onside kick, instead of putting the "hands" team out, he puts out the "facemask" team. Tough to recover a football in your grille.

Not real smart.

Pretty sure the "hands" team was out there...Jordie Nelson isn't on the return team.

Kicking the two FGs early was a huge mistake. I dislike timid coaching.

Humperdink म्हणाले...

@Curious. It was a joke.

Jaq म्हणाले...

Didn't the Seahawks' daddy ever tell them that you don't draw to an inside straight?

Known Unknown म्हणाले...

I'd hate to see what "not standing tall" looks like in the Althouse sports lexicon.

Yeah, after that last interception it looked like they decided they'd already won and decided to coast. I almost jumped out of my chair when Burnett slid after the interception, like there were 30 seconds left instead of 3 minutes.

You can bet New England won't let up on the gas like the Packers did.
