"Will you please come to my house? Let’s play together. I think you are pretty like a horse or a ladybug."

"I’m not sure which. You should come to my house and eat cheeses with me. I love you and I lost a tooth last night. I think I would like to do a magic trick for you and then let you watch me battle robots."

"He talks constantly about her and how much he loves her “yellow hair”. "

I need to take tips from this kid. Taylor Swift will be unable to resist.

I am Laslo.

Nice Leter.

I got in trouble in Kindergarten. I kissed a girl. It so traumatized her, she went to Catholic school the next year and became a Nun.

Well the Nun and school part is true. I think it flustered her a bit, but no trauma was seen. I said good-bye to her 13 years later when I was headed off to war, and she to the convent.

no kisses though...

I have to say that the attention the letter has received has put a smile on my face, as Bennet was a very sick kid," she explained. "He was diagnosed with cancer at 6 months old and actually goes up for one of his last cancer checks in Portland, Oregon very soon. I’m always nervous about these checks and this has been a nice distraction."

A lesson in pure love from a child who needs to be in our prayers.

This kid needs to be brought before the Disciplinary Committee immediately. What more about "yes means yes" does he need to know?

I think more letters from seriously ill and dying children should be posted on Reddit.

Oh, if only all our love could flow so freely without shame or embarassment.

God bless and happy thanksgiving.

Love is in the air today. Which means jealousy may enter soon.

The duo brings to mind Aron Trask and Abra's relationship in East of Eden until Cal (James Dean) came along.

The four-year-old spells a LOT better than you...

"His letter was posted by his mum..."

"Posted" meaning "written", obviously.

If that's not ACT I for a movie, I don't know what is.

I'll wait for Laslo to weigh in to confirm.

I can spell, but can't type. and blogger doesn't allow post edits

as for the 'posted' versus written, the Mom said the kid dictated it to her and the girl's mom read it to the girl...

Julie Andrews already did the reverse in S.o.M

"Julie Andrews already did the reverse in S.o.M"

I read that as "Julie Andrews already did the reverse in S&M" and wondered what the "reverse" was, exactly. I picture her in the "Mary Poppins" outfit in that scenario.

I am Laslo.

EDH has it right. In this country he'd be disciplined for unwanted advances and suspended from Kindergarten for a month. Let young love bloom? Hell, no.

What a pair of cynics!

khesanh0802 म्हणाले...

Oh my God, he is in this country! He has no future other than to be an example in Eric Holder's sexual assault show.

"Never shall a young man, thrown into despair, by those great honey-colored ramparts at your ear, love you for yourself alone, and not your yellow hair.

But I can get a hair dye and set such color there, black or brown or carrot, that young men in despair, may love me for myself alone, and not my yellow hair.

I heard an old religious man but yesternight declare, that only God, my dear, can love you for yourself alone, and not your yellow hair."

[sorry if inaccurate, direct from memory]

True story:

I had a huge crush on a girl in my kindergarten class, and it was mutual. She asked me to kiss her on the cheek. I did, gladly, and our teacher saw it. The teacher quickly sent the girl off to play and made me stand in the corner. The teacher refused to listen to a word that either the girl or I said...the first time I ever got in trouble. It was 1972.

PS. A couple of years ago, the girl found me on Facebook. She told me that she still has a picture I painted for her back then. :)

To hell with the contemporary "feminists" and their theories, the slimy "pick-up artists" and their strategies. Behold: red-blooded, unapologetic, honest heterosexual manhood from a four-year-old. Praise her beauty, offer her what you have, admit your frailties, and be prepared to do magic and fight robots.
